I have used this petrol station many times 3 times now I have given them my
nector card over to collect my points when I have checked my balance my points
we’re not added make sure you get a receipt and you points have been added
I’m going to put this to esso to see what they say

complete rip off, twice now they have tried to overcharge me for products from instore. the price tag says one thing but the barcode scanner is more expensive. on my most recent visit the man behind the count Rajah attempted to assault me my thrusting his hand out over the counter trying to grab me!!!! definitely do not ever go here unless you want to get ripped of or possibly assaulted.

Middle of 2017 fuel price 1.14 for diesel 1.13 for petrol with 3p off coupon ... You can not go wrong with decent fuel for this price. Will be coming back, you can top up Tesco club card points and you can even have a Costa coffee... It just make your day ????

If you plan to exchange bottled gas, make sure the cylinder has the red security seal. I bought a Campingaz 907 that on purchase, appeared to be full but didn't know about the seal until yesterday. I bought the refill on the assumption it was a fresh tank since it came from a locked cage but it appears they mix the old tanks with the new and the owners have no idea what is what. They didn't even know about the red seal. While the tank appeared to be full when I purchased it, it appears it has a leaky valve and was slowly venting my precious butane. You could not have known this without a leak (fluid) test as it's only a few tens of grams a day but yesterday it weighed 4.83Kg and less than a day later it was 4.81Kg, despite never being used. A full bottle is supposed to be 6.42 so only after nearly a month, would it be obvious it was leaking without a leak test. Thing that upsets me is how they sold me this replacement 907 without the seal and failed to tell me that it might have been used or returned. Instead, they just complained that after nearly a month, they couldn't help me as it was too long, complaining that I should have returned it the next day if I thought it was faulty. They really knew nothing about these tanks or the fact that freshly refilled tanks should be sealed. Either that or they were pulling a fast one on the basis that it (felt) full. They did refund but not before lots of arguing and suggestions that I've part used it and that's why it's no longer full. I said I could show them that it was leaking but even after I did, they played dumb and said it would have to be returned to Calor as they didn't know, despite the obvious stream of bubbles from the valve. I guess having been burned once, I now know to check for the security seal and they did eventually refund. Seriously folks, unless you're prepared to properly weigh them before purchase and or check the seal, don't buy from here as you've no idea what you'll be getting! Once Bitten, Twice Shy :-(

Having checked that there was full calls gas and seeing new bottles full in the locker the member of staff on duty wouldn't go outside to get them. 17/5/17 17,30 Not good for the owners when the staff are too lazy to work.

Very very rude counter staff. I filled up and went to pay. He asked me which pump number, I looked across the forecourt but a Luton van was blocking the forecourt ,I said I didn't know at which point he says in an incredulous tone 'oh you don't know the pump number' . I told him he had an attitude problem. At the end of the transaction he handed me my fuel card and said 'GO' and offered to fight me outside.
I refuel all over the south east every 2 days or so and have never encountered service like this.
