Awful service, I have tried to buy something for more than 2 weeks and they don't bothered at all. No professional services. You need to be flexible with their demands however they are not with yours. Unbelievable that they sell something. It is a joke.

TLDR: DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNER. Do not trust this company in buying things from them or selling furniture to them (Pearlly). Pearlly is a subsidiary of Bryan Furniture, which you will be buying furniture from fyi. I am not normally the type that would spend my energy in creating negative energy for other people, but in this case I have no choice but to share my HORRID experience with this company dealing with the owner, Taite Bryan. Taite seemed nice in the beginning, then it had escalated from trust to lies. I did like him as a person. I contacted his subsidiary company Pearlly to sell off all my furniture two months before our move. All my furniture included tv, wireless speakers, sofa set, ottomans, coffee table, bed frames, shelf, mattress, vanity sets and etc. Taite came to look at the furniture, made an offer with a quote afterward. We agreed that he would buy everything for around £1200 (he did not mention anything about consignment at this point). I had assumed that’s it, no more worries from then on – just pick up and get paid. A few weeks into pickup, he retracted his offer and reduced our deal to £850. At this point, I didn’t have any choice due to busy schedule. The sole reason why contacted his company is to make life easier and not more complicated. I reluctantly agreed because choices were limited for me due of to the move. I should’ve taken this as a big warning that Taite is a dishonest person, hustler and liar. It was my mistake for trusting him. He is in trouble with the government per gov biz site. Taite promised to pay the £850 in two installments with the 2nd transfer on the pickup date. He was not honest with his consignment thing, even getting a firmed pickup date was tough. I had to send many emails and made many phone calls to get a confirmation pickup date. I had to show and arrange pickup on two occasions on behalf of him in my old flat, which was not the deal. He had other “buyers” that came to look at the furniture to pay me cash directly from his arranged buyers in both occasions all amounted to £290, which means he still owed me £560. Taite finally showed up on the pickup date, he didn’t pay the second installment on the pickup date! That was on March 31. He then managed to talk his way out of paying on time, then sent a standard contract that he would pay the rest of £560 within a month from pickup date. Credit to him (I’ll give it when it’s due), he did pay £200 during that time and showed up on pickup day (being late) as promised, but that means he still owe(d) me £360. The remaining balance of £360 is still overdue for 2 months. What was frustrating is I contacted him at least 30 times (in texts, email, calls) to chase for this payment after contract due date, he had promised to send the remaining balance more than several times on: May 3 (it would be paid after the bank holiday per him), again on May 21 (it would be paid in that week per him) and again on May 29 (it would be paid “soon” by him). Now on May 30, I sent him a message to give him one last chance to pay up. You can see all that in my attached screenshots. Surprise surprise he has blocked my numbers today May 30. All the information is out there. Whether you are a big company or an individual, I would think thrice about hiring or working with someone/a company like this. Never had in my professional life ever encountered anyone so dishonest like this. It appears that his company his in trouble with the government, on the verge of being dissolved. Just search for "Bryan Converter Furniture" on Companies House gov site. You are better off using Gumtree yourself, this way you don’t won't receive trouble from this crooked business owner. Responding to his response below, he did pay £490, agreed amt is £850. That was the agreement regardless of my furniture condition (all high end furniture btw) or whether I choose to donate them. I would not have donated to a crook like him, period. A deal is a deal, even in this response he gives an excuse. I have all the emails and texts to prove this, I can send them to you.
