This fuel pump was good but for an emergency to use the toilet you can't they not allowing anyone which is not really shall fourcourt doing these days, as I'm a taxi driver and I'm visiting to shall garages a lot, just past few months were not busy due you to the covid19.
Otherwise I'm always at shall serve station even my meal break are.

Its open at 6 in the morning, it's not a big shop but they do try to have a good selection of both Sweet's and normal goods from washing up liquid to food.
They have frozen food and fresh.

Extremely poor management and staff it's shameful for a multi million pound company that they cannot follow covid regulations yet smaller businesses on the same road do been on a number of occasions and there have been between 5 and 8 people in the store without masks when I asked staff why they are serving customers they said they can't do anything there are several signs saying that masks are mandatory and anyone who doesn't have a mask can pay at the night hatch but no one is implementing this called the police and made a complaint and will be calling the newspapers too this has happened every time I have been in the last 3 weeks shell have a responsibility to customer to keep them safe and to implement all laws every other shop in the area are managing so why are shell not doing there part

Not as good as other Shell services. I drive all over the country, and this one was in a poor state. Coffee machines dirty, generally untidy. The Deli counter with hardly any choice. Staff awful attitude, one on till, queue formed with no further assistance. The girl on till was not interested in offering any stirrers for coffee. I had to use a straw.
A little extra service goes a long way....wakey wakey. I make an effort to find the right stop and will avoid such services, even of it means driving another 5 miles.....
