We had Neville Johnson do our master bedroom cupboards. The salesman, John came to see us was absolutely amazing. During our chat he designed everything and drew it all out on the spot with his equipment. He was very prepared and had samples with him so we were able to work it all out in one visit. Absolutely amazing performance.

I stopped at the Neville Johnson Wigmore St Showroom by accident as I am around the area. It is a lovely showroom. Staff is knowledgeable. The service is efficient and professional. Seeing the products, I feel that the quality is superb. I have had a very positive impression of NJ. Highly recommended.

Didn't even get as far as a visit from a designer as we were told Neville Johnson do not repair existing stairways before renovation. It is completely pointless spending money refurbishing a creaking timber stairway. Poor show Neville Johnson. Neville Johnson have also reported my Trustpilot review regarding my recent stair enquiry, despite it being accurate and fair. Clearly Neville Johnson doesn't like fair criticism. Poor Neville Johnson.

Had a designer come around and great things promised. The truth is that they are not bespoke. We needed an opposite side matched that we had previously done via a bankrupt company. Initially all was promised. Then they could not match various things as they do not do it. Virgin box needs be moved, seems they cannot design around it. Also I advised changes and was told they be back. We never heard again. Nevill Johnson want to slap their designs into a space. If you need something’s thy ain’t factory made with their limited specifications your snookered!!!

The showroom is beautiful and there is a good variety of styles of furniture on display. I found the service of a very high standard. Victoria answered all of my questions very professionally. The furniture is top quality and British made. I was very happy with the experience.

Neville Johnson products have been excellent. We bought a set of built in wardrobes several years ago and they still look as good now as when they were first put in. Everyone that we have dealt with in the company has given excellent customer service.

Overall the quality of the product is outstanding. However, I did have an issue with the installation. The Neville Johnson sales person was very upfront and stated that they would not be the cheapest brand on the market however the quality and customer service would be the best in class. So based on that I hired them to replace my staircase, and I was expecting a very exceptional experience; however, it was more of an average one at best, and now I am not sure why I paid more of a premium to hire Neville Johnson. On the contract, I signed Neville Johnson stated they would not be responsible for any re-decorating that would be needed as a result of the installation. Ok fine, however, I wouldn’t expect them to create unnecessary damage to the walls and would require additional expense to be fixed. I have Venetian Plaster walls, and during the installation, they make up the walls, so they knew where to measure and to make holes. However, they could have used Painters Tape and then made markings on the tape so that the walls wouldn’t be damaged. When my wife asked them not to mark up the walls, they said that is the only way they could do it, and throw the contact in my wife's face saying they are not responsible for re-decorating. Now if this was their own personal house, I am sure they wouldn’t have just marked up the walls….This is something I would expect from an average company but not an organisation that positions itself as a premium brand. I did call and give feedback to the installation manager, and he said all he could do is say sorry and he would share the feedback. So I thought I would share my experience, so others know what you were getting when you paid a premium price with Neville Johnson.

Ordered a bespoke bookcase and a TV centre unit/cabinet. The process from order to installation was carried out in a professional manner with detailed printed designs, emails and written confirmation of appointments; and a helpful customer services support. The installation was carried out professionally to the design spec, and the “installation team” cleaned up afterwards. The furniture is of quality design; the bookshelves are solid and can hold my heavy books with no signs of strain or long term “sagging”. The finish is good and blends in with my existing room décor.

Very disappointed with the service from Neville Johnson. Although friendly, I had no confidence that my furniture would be completed properly and as I envisioned. There were far too many people involved, who took no responsibility for the project. There was endless confusion on final costings, colours, layouts, install dates, almost every aspect. I wrote an email to the Manager to outline my concerns and never received a response. I'm still disappointed with my furniture, after waiting 6 months for it to be completed and spending an absolute fortune. I will never use Neville Johnson again and don't recommend them.

We went to the Wigmore showroom in London and received a very warm welcome and great counsel on options. We were moving to Harrogate and the work was commissioned from the guys up North. Mike Dyson was the designer and what he came up with was outstanding. The Fitters were exceptional - diligent, superb quality fitting job, clean and tidy, and very helpful indeed. Having had the furniture installed for over a year now I can honestly say that it has transformed our home. We have a Snug/Library that is the envy of all our visitors, a study that caters for all our needs, and the bedrooms look simply beautiful. The time to complete the work was exactly what they said, and we feel we got great value for money - not cheap but then these days you get what you pay for and the quality of the materials was excellent. My experience with Neville Johnson from my first visit to the showroom to the final installation was perfect. I wanted a study in my flat with specfic storage for CDs, DVDs LPs and many books. The designer visited, and talked through what I wanted and designed a perfect room. He helped me choose colours and materials which fitted in with the style of the flat and was patient with my adjustments at all stages of the process. The installers were very good and did all their work in the time specified, with no fuss and cleaned up after themselves - and had lots of cups of tea! I now have a lovely working space and environment and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone

I have visited the showroom several times and enjoyed both the design solutions they offer and professionalism of the manager and her team.
