This is my default garage for MOTs and the line and I am always impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. I suppose the pricing is what you'd expect from a Vauxhall main dealership, but I've never found them unreasonable.

I have purchased in excess of ten cars from Smiths over the years and have to say that I would not use any other Vauxhall dealer .The sales team are very helpful without the pressurised selling that is found in the other local dealers.
I have also always found the parts and service department to be just as helpful. On the odd occasion I have had a problem with a car it has been dealt with in a fast and caring manner with the fault being sorted to my total satisfaction either on the day or with a curtesy car supplied if parts were not on site. Both repairs and servicing have always been followed up by a phone call from Smiths within a couple of days to make sure that I was totally happy with the service I had received.
Keep up the great work .

Very poor experience with a used vehicle purchase. interior was not valeted properly and the brake discs quite badly worn. I returned the vehicle to have these looked at but they would not replace the brake discs, they said they were within limits. (Just) They knew I was using this vehicle for long journey to Spain. I left there very deflated after all the promises I received pre sale that the car would be spot on obviously they are not botherd about customer satisfaction .also l have no idea what was done on the supposed service no paper work to prove it was done etc. Go elsewhere !

Brought a 15 plate Vauxhall Corsa march 2015 , car was faulty after 3 months and made no effort to fix it. The salesman Lloyd was lovely and helpful, but the after care was disgraceful. The receptionists are rude and the garage even damaged my car and tried to tell me I took delivery of a car with a dint on it. Courtesy cars are dirty and have hardly any fuel in! Ripped off for money when I had a service. I have missed days off work because of this car and lost a lot of money. You should not expect that from a 15 plate car. I am very disappoint and I have an on going case with FOS which has been taken higher. The choice is yours

Ok three stars because. I have seen bothgood and bad here. They seem to deliver either very well or downright aweful.
The car sales guys seem in general to be spot on. But the stores and servicing leave a lot to be desired with poor quality service, lousy communications and they never appear to deliver on time.
Lovely place, presentable, clean, great choices, average prices. But tbey could really improve in many things. Hope this helps.
