Patrick worked his magic again and this time upgraded my sons gaming computer by just swapping the appropriate parts and buying the old components back thereby keeping costs to a minimum. As a kind good will gesture he also upgraded the power supply, cooling system and even donated a lovely case so it looks amazing too! Performance is fantastic and the machine almost silent – awesome. My son is over the moon. Thank you. I would not dream of going anywhere else and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Using macs it is difficult to find someone locally that you can trust. This is the second time I have enlisted Patrick's services as he is highly knowledgeable about apple macs.
Both times I have used Patrick he has fixed my computers quickly, knowing that they're needed for work. He goes out of his way, nothing is too much trouble

My laptop (MAC pro) was really low and started freezing. I needed to have my laptop repaired quickly for my work. I contacted the company and I had a quick appointment, Patrick took care of it and he did a really good job!! In less than 2 hours my laptop was working as new! Excellent professional service received from Patrick at Ace Computer Repairs. My PC developed a serious fault. I contacted Ace Computer first thing on a Monday morning and discussed the issue. My PC was collected shortly afterwards. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process following his investigation. Due to the nature of the fault recommendations were given and accepted. The PC was returned to me the same day fully repaired. Highly recommended company given the urgency of my request.

Patrick saved my life...well my computer. I've never been to a PC repairer before, because when it is on I can sort most things myself. But when a power cut/surge meant I couldn't even turn it on, and I needed it working asap I had to. I chose Ace because they opened early and promised same day service...and I got even better than that. I delivered PC to them at 8.30am and it was fixed by 11.00am. For them fitting a new power supply may not have been the hardest job, but there is no way I could have identified the problem, bought the right part and fitted it quick enough to be using it by the afternoon.
Will definitely use them again.

My computer started misbehaving, I telephoned Ace Computer Repairs and within an hour Patrick was with me. He diagnosed the fault and suggested a solution. He was calm and reassuring; his analysis proved correct and within 48 hours my computer was restored to good health.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ace Computer Repairs. Patrick carried out his work whilst chatting to me, his knowledgeable approach was very welcome when I was anxious about fixing my computer.

I found Patrick to be very helpful in helping me work out the best repair option. He took time and answered every question I asked. It was clear to me that he knows what he's talking about, certainly when it comes to Macs, and that he was interested in giving me the best result I could get for the budget I had. There was no pressure to go beyond that or do unnecessary things, but it was also clear that he had even better options if I'd had more money to spare. And the price I paid was really fair. He's also given me the fastest service I've ever had. I had my laptop back sooner than I expected. My Mac's been working fine since and Patrick's been really great at answering any queries I've had.

When I plucked Patrick's details out of the Google hat, I had no idea how lucky I was to find him. He resolved a number of issues on my Mac, discovered both spy and malware I didn't know I had, gave me both advice and some tuition on a couple of irritating issues. I shall be using him to upgrade my hardware in the future too. Its scary handing your computer over to a stranger but Im glad I did. He is also very good value and doesn't overcharge. I took my laptop to Ace Computer Repairs having been impressed with reviews. After an initial phone call I was satisfied that the laptop could be fixed and the price was fair. I delivered the laptop myself and it was ready the next day. Everything works well, it's better than new, with an upgraded hard drive, Windows 10 replacing 7 and all my data saved along with accumulated clutter removed. Patrick upgraded my wifes iMac 24" with a new SSD after the old HDD gave up after 9 years. He completed the job in double quick time, in fact just a few hours. He also used the time machine backups we supplied to restore all her files, and updated it with the latest operating system it could take. All this was done for a very good price. I would be more than happy to use Ace Computer Repairs and Patrick again. He is a very knowledgeable and professional computer engineer, and a first class service was provided.
