I can fully endorse the other comments about Patrick. I have used him twice now, the last time when my computer died. I took it round to him in the afternoon at about 4.30 and he pronounced it dead. He then built me a new one to my specs and transferred all the data from my old drive. I had the new machine in my hands by 11.30 the following morning, together with my old drive. He also talked me through a couple of minor points after I switched on. Perfect service in every category.

Awful experience had to return my MacBook back twice as the keyboard is faulty every time I restart it goes into safe mode which means the shift key is faulty.He admitted he installed a faulty keyboard for £150 and charged me £320 absolutely disgraceful Wasted 3 weeks when I could of went somewhere else.

My mum’s all in one computer wouldn’t connect to the internet. Patrick had a look and advised it had picked up a virus. He cleared the virus and restored all the files. He even did more than quoted as it needed it but didn’t charge any extra. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I found Patrick on the net and took a punt based on the reviews and I'm very glad that I did. He was just so nice to deal with: responsive, helpful, professional and very easy to talk to. I'd crashed my iMac and he put it all right, preserved my precious data and gave me good advice about protecting data. I've no idea what the going rate is but his charges seemed fine to me for what he did. He even made sensible provisions during the C19 lockdown measures. I shall certainly use him again if I need to but it wouldn't surprise me if this is a long term fix.

We thought we had lost months worth of work when the hard drive in our 2017 iMac and the external time machine back up failed simultaneously, but Patrick was was able to retrieve all of the data from both - which was remarkable, we couldn't be more thankful for his help. I sought help from Patrick last Friday evening at about 4pm.
He explained what he thought was wrong and said he could sort it out successfully but it might take a couple of days. He warned me that I might need to replace my i Mac and offered a refurbished one with new hard drive and video card.
On Saturday morning I received a text message to say he had rescued much of my data but that the old mac was not able to be restored in terms of cost so I purchased the refurbished i mac and I am very happy with the outcome.
I probably saved about £1000 in the transaction by not having to purchase a brand new i mac,

I had issues with my graphics card and PC power supply. Patrick was able to advise and resolve the issue quickly, my PC being fixed and back in operation within a few hours. Patrick was not only professional, but also extremely friendly and ensured I was happy with the work he had done, and also explaining what was needed and why.
The aftercare service is outstanding with Patrick taking the time to check in with me personally to ensure all was well and I was ahppy with the results.

I built my own gaming pc as a challenge, as a personal achievement a d because of lockdown and my old one died.
I had issues with bios and I don't know everything, so when I had issues, I contacted Patrick, who did updates, tweaked software and found faults that were then fixed or parts were refunded from seller.
There was a bit of a hiccup, but we are all human and I don't care to factor it into my review as Patrick was quick to work and kept me well updated. Will be saving his number for anything else if it happens. I recommend him for repairs and building as he is knowledgable.

Old Mac packed up. Based on reviews I contacted Patrick and within 24 hours he not only confirmed the hard drive had gone, but managed to recover and transfer my data onto a replacement, which he sold to me at a very fair price. My daughters laptop stopped working ,so I looked online and found ace computer repairs .The reviews looked impressive,.but I’m always a bit Wary about doing that....... , I’m so Glad I did.Patrick is professional, passionate, friendly ,helpful, knowledgeable and an all round nice guy
I ran him up and dropped the laptop off at 7pm and by 8pm it’s was all fixed and was cleaner and better than it was before .I will never go anywhere else for anything computer related again and would highly recommended him.
His got the knowledge and knowhow of any big computer company but with a very personal and professional touch and without the big bill
