Helped fixed my windows OS problem and additionally found out that the RAM card I bought earlier from their store wasn't compatible with my motherboard and offered me an upgrade RAM card for only a difference of 10$. I had a power outage and my modem got fried. I called them and went to pick it up 10 minutes later. Lower price for the modem than big box stores. Customer service was excellent, he made sure I was getting the correct modem as they are final sale.
