Was initially quite sceptical since the business does not have a proper storefront. Its owner Allen operates from a flat on North End Rd and is also affiliated with a bigger computer workshop elsewhere in London. Allen diagnosed the problem with my computer's motherboard quickly and was very friendly. Price was also in line with other computer repair shops I called for a quote (around £40 for diagnosis).

I recently had trouble with my ageing but hi-spec HP laptop, which was quickly diagnosed over the phone by Allen as most likely a damaged screen rather than anything too terminal.
After some trial and error, a suitable replacement screen was used to repair the machine which is now working perfectly again. I trust it will give a few more years of life to my laptop. In this case the cost of repair only around a quarter of a new equivalent.
Highly recommended!

My ancient laptop eventually gave in and I was stuck at a screen telling me my only option was to do a factory reset. Allen was able to retrieve my data at a very good price and very quickly. He was also more than happy to advise about repairs and options. Brilliant service. Very happy.

I went to Allen based on the reviews here. I had issues with Skype and in my infinite wisdom decided I could fix it myself. Needless to say I corrupted my hard drive & was faced with the legendary 'blue screen of death'! Allen managed to recover all my data and reinstalled Windows for me. For me his fee was very reasonable considering to replace my laptop would have been 10x more expensive at least.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and trusted PC repair specialist. Managed to source a replacement fan, which wasn't a stock item, for our office PC. Even repaired an unknown corrupted windows error. Amazing service ! My Asus was not charging and they have replaced the pieces extremely quickly.
I also repair a second laptop and it’s working perfectly.
Everything was dealt in a promptly manner, I was updated regarding the progress and everything was done really quickly.

Laptop completely died with all my data corrupted, Allen got everything back running again, managed to retrieve all the data and threw in a general service to boot. Was kept up to date with progress and the price was very reasonable.

Really good value and quick laptop repair. I brought Allen my Asus gaming laptop when the operating system got corrupted. For a fair price (much better than other prices I received) Allen fixed and upgraded my operating system, cleaned the entire internals and put new thermal paste on the graphics card. Definitely would recommend to others.

After reading reviews on here, I sent a text to the number provided enquiring about a screen repair on my laptop. A very friendly and professional guy replied (Allen), and after a few texts/phone calls, not only had he collected my laptop, but had repaired it and returned it, within only a few hours. Absolutely FANTASTIC service, and a really friendly guy as well. Really reliable and great value for money. Was the most reasonable quote i had received, and he did a wonderful job!!!! I was a bit nervous about contacting someone off the internet, especially as I am rubbish with things like this and was a bit worried about getting fleeced. Picked Allen on the strength of the reviews - he was excellent - my laptop was picked up, fixed, and returned to me in one day!
