Went here on the 7th of August. My mother came after a white gold ring with diamonds and the staff member named Andrew! Was so professional and friendly he really helped alot and we felt comfortable talking to him. We struggled finding a size for her fiancé because it was meant to be a surprise but he gave us the best options. A message to Andrew the ring ended up fitting perfectly! And thankyou for your customer service an asset to the company xx

We brought wedding rings from here last year and got my engagement ring cleaned and redipped at the same time. Staff were great and very helpful, Libby especially, made the whole experience wonderful and was so eager to help and make sure they were right for us. We visited again yesterday to get my rings resized due to loosing weight and Libby was there again and remembered us from our last visit. She was so helpful and friendly again, she is the type of person I wish more stores had! She always is happy to help and always goes above and beyond to help make sure you get what you need at a good deal and when you need it! Thank you again!

Want to thank Elizabeth and Hope they were very helpful and unlike other jewellery stores did not try sell different products to us but rather gave us the time and space to look around ourselves. Long story short ended up going back and purchasing from them after visiting nearly all other stores because of the ring we wanted and also the people that helped with this decision so once again thankyou Elizabeth and Hope. P.s i don't usually remember names so that says it all

Staff were rude, pushy, and did not listen to what we were looking for.
Ultimately, there was nothing in store that suited my requirements (which I discovered by looking at everything available myself as the sales assistant kept showing me to things that were entirely different to what I asked for), but even if there had been something perfect, the sales assistant made me feel so uncomfortable that I would not have purchased it.
Would never visit this branch of H. Samuels again.

Be careful when you buying watches from there two of the I got broke down and also before you buy aske them if they can fix it there and changing all the spare accessories otherwise you thave to wait 3 4 weeks could be some improvement!!
