Shop owner refused entry to shop despite me being except from wearing a mask,.
If the shop owner get's an hard-on over masks, then why was he and his staff milling around without any face coverings themselves?
I politely said that they won't be getting my business but the shop owner just took the mickey as soon as I turned my back and left.
Maybe the owner should understand the laws underlining discrimination before refusing people entry, exempt means exempt!
And if you're going to take a line, practice what you preach!!
Also they're not cheap despite what they say on their website!
I went down with a view of price matching a gun that was cheaper elsewhere.
Nice Redbeck Shooting Supplies, but you won't be getting any of my money EVER!!

Alex&Becky are just the nicest people you are ever going to meet ...especially in a Gun shop,as i have unfortunately had the pleasure of meeting some outstanding ignorant individuals in my many years of purchasing shooting related products!
They pay attention to your needs ,show you options ,and most of all they make time to go through the products ,in this case a Air rifle purchase ,nothing is to much trouble and time with care is received from both Alex and Becky ,they are the reason i shop there ,travelling a good distance as it worth it ,customer CARE with a smile ,outstanding shop ! Having decided on a long-overdue return to air rifle shooting, I was delighted with the product range, pricing, and above all the service at Redbeck. Having settled on a HW100S with MTC Viper scope on their great value package deals, Becky got all my kit together then set the rifle and scope up on the range. By the 2nd fill of the magazine the kit was nailing one-hole groups. Can't thank the team at Redbeck enough, but particularly Becky who put the work in assembling my kit & setting up my new rifle. Spot on!
When a competitive local retailer is so focused on this excellent level of customer service, backed by first-class and first-hand knowledge of the kit they sell, we should all think long and hard before throwing our cash at the internet.

Absolute waist of time, rang and made appointment to spend £2000 + new air gun package deal, drove over 30 miles parked up and walking across the car park the owner of the place asked were my mask was I explained and showed my exemption, he replied get off my land no mask go, i am medically exempt and i am being discriminated against for my medical condition, totaly unacceptable and illegal. I intend to take this further if we put up with this type of behaviour it will become the norm,
So all in all arrogant people and will discriminate agaisnt you, keep well away

Purchased our 1st air rifle from Redbeck at this years shooting show up in Birmingham. I must say I was so pleased with the package I chose. After explaining my main uses of the rifle would be & that i will be doing night shoots, what I took home to then use was amazing. The kit is very easy to use & I will be returning for more of the same for our team in the future. A big 5 stars from me.

Very helpful when choosing my new gun . I was very rusty with the air gun scene and lost touch . But after a very helpful young man showed me some guns and explained loads to me and really couldn't do enough to help . I came away with a lovely laminate hw100 . The service and help was brilliant and would highly recommend them to anyone .

I had a ultra from another rfd and had problems with it on advice from a pal I took it to redbeck. They sent it back to the manufacturer for repair as it was in warranty.
They didn't charge me a penny which is surprising as I bought it elsewhere. From then on I've only used redbeck and have had numerous rifles and scopes from them. Do yourself a favor and try them, fantastic shop and service

Recently purchased a Weihrauch HW100 package deal from these guys, I have to say I'm happy over all, delivery to my local store was fast too and arrived well packaged.
This review would have been 5 stars but my package was missing the "detailed test certificate" that is listed as included with the package but sadly it wasn't, I've send an email asking for them to send me the cert but no response so far... other than that I'm happy.

I found this place very helpful.. ample parking and clean environment. The staff were well knowledgeable and went out of their way to be informative. Some prices are a little high but it's a rural store and not many around so like it or lump it... price of ammunition is good and of suitable quality.. gun storage is available at a reasonable price..

It's a one stop shop. There is so much to look at that is nessecery for shooting. Next door is the cartridge section. Dave has such a wealth of knowledge. Was recommended a type of cartridge, they work perfectly. To the point I purchased them for a second time. Prices are sensible, just don't forget your licence.
