I can't speak highly enough about this company. Products are wonderful. They worked with me to correct a problem and went above and beyond when it couldn't be fixed. I have to put in here the the representative I worked with was a delightful Lady name Lisa Green. She was exceptionally professional, personable and knowledgeable. She is a credit to ePuffer. I don't know what you're paying her, but she deserves at least twice what it is. Overall a really great experience with a fantastic company and its amazing people. I have the 629X e-pipe. The quality of the product is second to none. The starter kit is probably the nicest one I've ever seen since starting to vape 5 years ago or so. What's even more impressive is the customer service. They really take care of their customers with friendly, helpful service. They have replaced a couple of parts that were giving me trouble (minor stuff), and respond in a timely fashion. They also have some lovely tobacco e-liquids. If you are looking for an affordable, easy to use, and beautiful e-pipe, I cannot recommend EPUFFER enough. Great product and great company.

After going back and forth as to what product I wanted, customer service was SOOOO friendly and knowledgeable (Maya and Lisa). The epuffer is great, (I have the 75mm) closest vape shape and weight to a real cigarette I've found. However, if you are a heavy smoker, I recommend getting blank tips and using salt nics because the low wattage and ohms won't cut it for your nicotine fix with the prefilled cartridges and you WILL get withdrawals. It works well with nic salts (but you have to cut the nic salts with PG or flavor extract as most nic salts are 50vg/50pg and too thick to produce a decent hit at low voltage). I'm going to purchase the hybrid next because it vapes at a higher wattage and lower ohm (harder hit). Hoping they bring back the cigar and hoping to get the pipe Vape for my birthday I think gift as it's a little pricey for me :-) the pipe is a sub ohm vape and will produce a nice heavy hit. I literally don't see any other companies in the US selling e pipes so that is very unique.

What happened to all the older reviews? I know I made some and included some pretty sweet pictures of the 629X model pipe? What is going on with the company? Only 4 reviews??? You had waiting lists for the 629 pipe a year or so ago.... (Also posted on the website) From what I understand, customer service is great, but the 629X has been less than desirable in a few cases. Any calls I made, were meet with overwhelming support to fix the issues small and larger. I'm a fan, but I hope they are being produced with more consistency.... Update: actually there is a specific issue I have and I'm hoping it can be fixed -the bowl has developed a crack at the venting hole on the rear. I sent an email and included pictures and haven't heard back. I was hoping this could be corrected? Replaced?and chalked up as a one-off from the usual quality product of Epuffer? *****Addendum***** I spoke with Sean today, nothing but a positive experience every time I speak with him. He has promised to check personally into this unique happening of my pipe bowl. A replacement is being mailed out tomorrow! Also, we discussed the upcoming Black 629X model, they are still working on prototypes, all are excited to see the next results. We are unsure why so many (practically all) of their former and mostly positive reviews had been removed. It was said to me, that Epuffer hadn't even realized this happened, so maybe it was very recent? If Google™ did this-NOT COOL! If not, then they should explain how it happened. I'll soon post the replacement bowl to help demonstrate how much they stand behind their products! Thank you EPuffer!!!

If I could give this company and it’s staff 100 stars, I would! Epuffer has a fantastic lineup of top quality products, all across the board. I love to keep it simple these days so I’ve been a huge fan of their SNAPS kit. Literally, the best ecig kit you can find anywhere on the market from top to bottom. Right off the bat, you can see and feel the fine quality, and unmatched realistic aesthetics of the SNAPS E-Cig kit. Best I’ve ever seen. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever received from a vape company. It’s actually probably the best I’ve ever received from any company. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lisa with a few minor issues and she did not hesitate to take care of business for me with the quickness and made sure that everything was 100%. I agree with the person who suggested to give Lisa a raise! Lol. She’s one of the best in the business. Service is prompt and there is no question that epuffer puts in every effort into keeping their customers well taken care of. Shipping is fast and dependable, probably the fastest I’ve experienced. I’ve been vaping for years and have dealt with them all and have spent too much money trying to find the perfect set up to fulfill every single vape need I have. Epuffer hit the mark in every way possible. Please trust me when I say that Epuffer has to be one of the best vape companies on this earth. Discovered ePuffer a few months ago when I was looking to switch from another brand. Excellent product and customer service, never looked back!

I have purchased the D-500 12 pack at least 5 times and each time I was less and less satisfied with the duration of the cigars, they lasted between 3 to 6 hours and never anywhere near 500 puffs. I’ve complained when I phone ordered the last shipment and they asked for the batch # which I gave you. This present batch 58371 aren’t much better. This is a problem for me because i never heard back from you concerning my complaints. PLEASE ADVISE
