What can I say about a shop who stayed open later than planned to help me choose the items I truly needed,
This was one of the best shopping experiences. I got the best advice, the shopkeeper (Christina) was so patient and so knowledgeable, took me through all the options, pointing out pros and cons for every piece of kit, walked me through every little detail. I felt truly taken care of, cared for, with patience and an appetite for finding what was right for me, rather than pushing me out the door...
Not only will I go back but I highly recommend this place, for everyone and anyone who wants to get the best vaping equipment there is to find.
Five stars, hands down.

This was an unexpected visit and by far an unexpected clientele service. The owner was a down to earth humble person. He had directed and advised me to what I should have rather than making me buy the expensive stuff. He took time to make sure I buy what I like and fits my purpose of vape. On top of that he made a Frappuccino mocha which was amazing. The store has an incredible selection that will meet everyone’s needs.

This place has a great combination of super knowledgeable staff and probably the best coffee in the area. The woman helping me (Kristina?) walked me through the vapes and juices they offered based on my own preferences and gave some really fantastic recommendations. Will be coming back again.

Vape&Bean is my absolute favourite vape shop in London. The ambience is great, and they have a wide selection of products and vape juice.
And to top it all off you can have an excellent coffee while you try new flavours. It really is a vape-lovers paradise, from those starting out to experts making their own coils from scratch.
The owner of the shop really goes out his way to make every customer feel special and find exactly what they're looking for. You can't go wrong here.

What a find! Fantastic little independent with a chilled out vibe. Brilliant Union coffee with plenty of dairy free alternatives available. Kris was extremely friendly with a relaxed and warm approach to her customers. Keep up the good work!!

This is by far one of the best coffee shops and certainly the best coffee establishment in Swiss Cottage. The coffee is superb along with a polite, friendly and fantastic service! If I could I’d give them more than 5 stars.

Really great customer service. Was very knowledgeable in all the products and the juices. Let us try whatever we wanted and worked patiently with us to find exactly what we were looking for. Both me and my partner hadn’t had much education on vapes in general and we really walked away feeling educated in a sincere way. Would absolutely recommend the shop to anyone looking for a new vaporizer or any of their massive selection of juices. ????

First time going into this establishment and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience! Krisztina (saw it on another review, hope it's the proper spelling) was extremely helpful and she was very friendly and funny (even if the card reader wasn't so much lol) I will definitely be popping in again before heading back home because of her! If you love coffee then I recommend that you hurry to Vape and Bean. The proprietor is a lovely gentleman, warm and inviting. He is also a skillful and attentive barista. No "push button" coffee here. Each shot of espresso is carefully made from the grinding to the tamping to the duration of the pull. And the frothed milk for the lattes is made from high quality milk! All in all, a wonderful product. This is a great opportunity to support a local business as well.

This is a great place to grab a coffee and vape. Purchased my new setup from here with the assistance of Kristina. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all products. I walked out with the right device suited to me, and with full knowledge on how to setup, maintain and use.
4 stars because I wasn't allowed to smell the vape juice before purchasing.

I started coming here when the place opened a few months ago, and instantly struck up a good rapport with the owner Shyam. A genuinely nice guy who is open and honest with his customers. His main philosophy seems to be: sell people what they need, not what I can make the biggest profit on.
The shop it self is spacious and very well laid out. The coffees are great, the cookies are even better!
It says a lot about this place that I am willing to go out of my way to make my vaping purchases here, even though there are other places it would be easier for me to get to (including online).
Highly recommended.

After meeting the owner of Vape & Bean at my local pub I discovered that not only is he passionate about giving his customers what they need and not trying to up sell them. The coffee is amazing quality and I would recommend this store for even a non-vaper who simply wants a nice cup of coffee. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and a great place to relax - I am definitely going to make this my regular vape shop and my go to for quality coffee.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, wide range of products at good prices and their cafe is growing nicely. Excellent coffee (best I've had in London in over 10 years) with a chilled out cafe area which is currently under expansion... brilliant place to vape with a mate (or on your own) or as a place to meet up in the warm and enjoy a hot drink.
