This shop is spot on! Josh the manager has knowledge about vaping coming out of his ears!!! And is more that happy to help with anything you need. Juice selection is big and strong with some of the best brands neat and tidy shop comfy sofa. Banging!!!!!

Very rude customer service. Was quick to sell me the product and get me on my way. Failed to tell me the full return policy. And refused my refund. So now im stuck with a broken leaking vape. Also was very rude to my disabled mum when i sent her to return it. Whilst i was at work. They demanded that i have to come to the store only to tell me the same thing. So i wasted my day off. Absolute con. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as i know other shops will happily refund you and have polite manners. (totallwicked) Please dont waste and loose your money at the vapour room burgess hill. There a very thirsty, hit and run profit, unprofessional buisness. Me wanting to stop smoking and save money. Has resulted in the shop scamming me of £40.

Popped in the other day to ask about vaping, what products would be best for a beginner, etc. The manager Josh was very knowledgable, very friendly, gave a ton of advice and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of silly clarification questions. Didn't buy anything on this occasion but would go back and would recommend.

Really nice, chatty staff and they have a good selection of up-to-date products as well as a few of the slightly older well-known tanks/mods etc. So a good mix.
They have the Vapour Rooms own Thor Juice and Loki premium juice range that I love. The selection of other premium juice is a great mix including my fave Kilo!
Been to some of the other Vapour Rooms shops and it's the same shop style so nice light, clean shop unlike some shops were you have to fight through thick clouds to see anything!
Have to also really recommend if you're a first time buyer as staff seem happy to talk you through products and set stuff up etc.

Went to the store for the first time yesterday, asked for better flavour and bigger clouds and the manager recommended the drop dead RDA, and I wasn’t disappointed, he sat me down and showed me everything I needed to know do, very helpful, very friendly, and I will definitely be coming here again.

I went in to look into getting a starter pack, the manager was super helpful and spent ages helping me out and showing me not only how to put the vape together but how to use the liquids. Also explained the dos and don'ts. Went above and beyond to help me find the right flavour and nicotine levels. Honestly one of the nicest people I've met in retail, would recommend to anyone!

No facilities to test any of their liquids despite being open for nearly a year, which is simply unheard of in a vape shop. They seem to be in the business for a quick hit-and-run profit. Even their own brand flavours are often out of stock, although the actual liquids they make are good, if they have them. Hardware is way over-priced. Short-term shops like this give the vape trade a bad name.

I've wanted to stop smoking for some time and visited another eCig Store only to be overwhelmed with science and no clear advice. This shop however, has friendly staff that listened to me and gave me good advice to start me off. They didn't quibble when I couldn't get on with the first tank and returned it to to change with a different one under their 14 day guarantee. 7 days in i'm all setup and very happy with the kit I was recommended, which scores very well in all the reviews I have read about it. More importantly, i'm cigarette free! I can highly recommend this store for any newcomer to vaping.

Visited this store yesterday and well what can I say apart from don’t bother they had almost no hardware lots of empty cabinets and staff that give you a dirty look when you walk in and only spoke to us to say bye when we left I would strongly recommend looking else where
