I received a good offer to sell my modified 2017 Nissan GTR from WBAC. I had heard stories that they took a very aggressive line in reducing the offer for minor damage to the paintwork, wheels etc. Whilst they undertook a very thorough examination of the car (including checking paint depths) the damage they identified wasn't unreasonable. After a bit haggling we agreed a price and everything was done in 40 minutes. A very professional approach and much easier and safer than a private sale.

Zero if possible. Total waste of time, attempted to take off damage already accounted for in the original quote. Not sure the wee fella had any idea what he was doing to be honest. Nice as pie but a total rip off merchant.

Absolutely waste of time, after receiving a quote online with a specific amount guarantee I attempted to them for verification. The lad there after a minute ask me how much I want and I said the amount received online and he said I’m not going to have that money. I said to him to don’t bother anymore and I left .... ????????????

Online valuation £2883 told on arrival the value was actually going to be £2300 then given a string of deductions including, as mentioned by someone else, that they couldn't find the car on the system and ended up with a offer of £1019. When I laughed at him he upped it to £1500. A 50% increase just like that showed what a rip off it was so left with the car. P.S. ended up selling the car myself on eBay for £2900.

Bad experience where the price was reduced by £700 before any inspection had taken place. Even though the car details matched in the system to my V5 there was some technical issue with finding the vehicle. All of a sudden the price drops, claiming its a 2015 car when its actually registered in 2016 and was part of the 2015-2019 range, as in, the design of the cars in this range are all the same.
