Not at all affordable. My car was towed after hitting a telephone pole, I had liability only, as it was an old car. It was towed 6.6 miles & it was $375. If I wanted to sign over the title(as it was totaled) it still would have been $250 to go in and get my belongings. Theres 3 other tow places in the area at a much more affordable cost. It was towed by the police, or else I would have used another company...Absolutely insane rate.

My truck broke down yesterday about a mile from my house. Called Null's Towing, the person who answered the phone was nice, polite, and professional. He gave me an estimate when they would be there. The owner showed up right on time, and got to work hooking up my truck. He then followed me to my house with it, and was determined to put it into the garage bay where I wanted it. This was a side load garage, where he couldn't get a straight shot. He tried everything he could think of to get it into the garage, and didn't want to leave until he succeeded.
Great company and very nice. The owner was nice and personable and really went above and beyond my expectations. I was not looking forward to calling a tow truck but was pleasantly surprised. I will recommend them to anyone who asks, and if necessary, will use them again in the future.

Wow!! I don’t know where to start.. these guys were the greatest! They arrived in less than 20 mins. Honestly, I don’t know how anyone can leave a place after getting stuck in a field of mud in good spirits. My fiancé got his 53 foot trailer in a bad situation and they were more than polite, extremely helpful and understanding.The guy who helped us was hilarious. He has a great sense of humor. There’s no need to feel worse than you already feel in tough situations, but this company and the officers that were dispatched took away most of the hurt. You can tell this is a family owned business and this community is also the same. I’m honestly very thankful that in this situation they were who we dealt with. Blessings to them & their company.

Our company had 2 truck breakdowns within a week of each other - Null's was fast and efficient at getting our trucks towed back to home base each time so we could get them in the shop and back on the road quickly! Excellent customer service from the office side and the road side every time!

You either love your service or hate it when dealing with towing companies, there really is no in between. Gwen was very hospitable when at the shop. Her crew is very knowledgable, courteous, and professional. My experience was very pleasant and I would recommend any friends or family that are in that area, having trouble, to trust Null's to provide them with quality service.

Rates are through the roof to cover all there unneeded equipment! I absolutely would not recommend anyone using them for towing!
Most selfish office staff I’ve ever dealt with and they are really good at putting on a show! And pointing fingers at whoever they are dealing with to make it look like you are the problem!
I’d like to say more but.......... nothing else should need said!
It’s really amusing how this company works!
They would not allow a customer to pick up there vehicle, once they found out who was picking it up! It almost seems to me that there pushing legality issues! There is no company that has any right to keep anyone’s vehicle for any reason other than specified by the police!

I called them on a Sunday afternoon in need of a tow and they were able to get to me in like 10 minutes. They were very professional about everything. I Hope I never need to use them again but if I was in the area and needed a tow again I would use them.

Great tow job and excellent service. They took around 15 minutes to get my vehicle hooked up.... then I find out that they charged my insurance company $2600 to tow my truck 11 miles and storage for a few days! It would have been less days but they closed for a funeral and I was still charged the storage days— they also scooped up all the glass and debris and decided that my truck bed would be a good dumping zone— highway robbery is how I would describe my last experience.....

Rude office help. The owners wife is the worst. She is crass and abrupt. Just plain mean. 100.00 per hour from when they leave their office until they get back. These people pad the bill. Go with olen’s instead. They are known as being cheats. They have gotten into trouble for overcharging people in the past. . They truly use others misfortune for their gain. Shame. Oh, and they also charge 280.00 for a vehicle lockout when others only charge 40.00

Our F550 broke down pulling a camper bon the way home from the beach. They were able to tow both our camper and truck on a Sunday!! So thankful for their help. And they were knowledgeable enough how to handle such a complicated situation. They were super friendly to boot!
