Elv8 did various work for my business. Block work, concrete flooring, suspended ceilings. All were done as promised, on time and on budget. 2 Elm Close, Woking, GU21 4TG After obtaining several quotes on building works for a rear extension we decided to go with Elv8 Interiors due to their professional approach as well as being competitively priced for the high end finish we wanted for all the work required. Our works included a rear kitchen/dining extension as well as an outdoor patio and seating area. We started our works in September 2020 with a lead time of 12-13 weeks and I am delighted to say the works were all finished well within the timescale to an exceptionally high standard which exceeded our expectations. The entire team of Elv8 Interiors were always friendly, went above and beyond to help and communicated well with us regarding the process of the build, they were always on time and would always do such a great job of cleaning up after themselves daily that at times it was hard to believe there was building work going on. We are extremely happy we decided to go with the Elv8 interiors team as I’m not sure we would have achieved what we have elsewhere as well as it being a totally stress-free process for us as first-time renovators. We had quite a few special requests, but none of those seemed to be an issue. All the set deadlines were met and the guys kept us in the loop on all works that were going on at the time. Flooring Tiles & Wooden, in Kitchen & Hallway Restoration & Refurbishment It was an absolutely positive experience working with Elv8 contractors for repairs & renovations works at my home in Belsize Park, NW3 in London. The site/project manager was exceptionally professional with clear understanding all needs, requirements and substitutions for desired choices of hallway/living room flooring, and kitchen tiles, as well as all other wishes that were accommodated with highest levels of professional management. The works took place over a month; the daily workers were promptly there at 8 AM from Monday-Friday. I was pleasantly surprised to note that they always had clear daily instructions from the site manager of jobs planned for the day. The workers were highly dedicated & focused in their expert task; rarely taking a break during the day, and always cleaning & clearing the whole workplace prior to their departure in the evening at end of every day. There are many contractors that will offer cheaper costs but they cut corners and compromise themselves & their clients in delivering quality & in various aspects during the course of works. The thought process should be that if I am building/creating something for my own home then do I not deserve the best in finished results, as I have to live with the choices. Therefore, I would wholeheartedly recommend Elv8 as professional contractors for any works, as I found them to be of the highest ethical integrity and thorough professionalism. Garage conversion and bathroom to wet room and kitchen Elv8 has provided an excellent service, within days they had prepared a quote for the work required, this included all flooring options, kitchen suggestions etc, I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency, which was way ahead of any local company I contacted. The price was very competitive. Work went ahead quickly and all full Health and Safety relating to Covid19 was provided.
