Was in a tight spot with transporting a quad and tent trailer. Aggressive was great at communicating with me, and the flatbed driver (I didnt catch his name unfortunately) was awesome and didn't let me grossly overpay, when I offered my kidney for payment. All jokes aside they were competitively priced, quick, efficient and overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I was towed by Daniel not to long ago and I couldnt be happier! I lost a tyre on the 1 and it was a pretty rough situation but they were able to get me out of it. They brought me to a tyre shop they recommended who also treated me great. Hopefully this dosent happen again but if it does I know who im going to call!!

Horrendous service. Stuck on a mountainside until close to 10:00 PM, after calling at 7:00. They said they may take half an hour. Called again after an hour and a half, only for the guy to clearly have forgotten about us. He then claimed a car was coincidentally on its way as we spoke. The car then took another hour to reach us. No discount, hardly any apology. Worst service imaginable.
EDIT: The owner responded accusing me of lying and being non-existent. What motivation do I have to make a fake account and lie about your business so elaborately? How paranoid and utterly unaccountable. Their service was so bad even they can't believe it.

Just a little ticked off at all the 5 stars this company has received; it makes my 5 stars seem redundant. I'll give them 6 stars.
Recently I bought a 75 series excavator and needed it brought home. I phoned around and Aggressive had the best price so we set up a delivery time. It then occurred to me that I should get them to pick up my two spare buckets at the same time so I called back to let them know.
At the appointed time the truck arrived minus the two buckets; there had been a communication error and Jordan was very gracious about it. I was going to pickup the buckets myself however he insisted on picking them up the next day and delivering at no charge.
Jordan has a great attitude and it was a pleasure in dealing with him. If you need equipment moved I don't hesitate to recommend Aggressive. Great service and friendly staff all around.

My truck ended up breaking down on my way home from work. BCAA sent me a tow truck from Aggressive towing the other day and everything was fine. Apart from the fact that he couldn’t put the dollies on himself and when he arrived to my place, he had no idea how he was going to back the truck into my driveway saying “It’s not that easy, it’s like backing up a trailer you know”. Somehow ignoring the fact that there is a 30 foot trailer in the driveway that I myself have backed into many difficult places and it’s not even my job. It took him almost 20 minutes to figure out how to get the vehicle into the driveway having to drive up the road to reposition a few times.. I’d completely understand if he was having an off day at work but he didn’t even want to try to put the vehicle in the driveway before complaining about it. He then starts complaining about how the trailer with the boat on it saying that it is unsafe for the road because it “doesn’t have any brakes”. 1 it’s none of your business. 2 the trailer is equipped with a hydraulic braking system and is well beyond safe for the road as it had been over engineered for the load it carries. When I told him that he’s like “oh, I don’t know what hydraulic brakes are”. I know I’m just nitpicking now but still, I just wanted my truck dropped off especially after he tried to charge me for a 21 km ride when my truck was only 12 from my house. I personally feel that Aggressive needs to put a little bit more training into their employees, or at least this specific one. I’ve only had one encounter with aggressive recently so it would be unfair of me to say all of their drivers don’t know what they’re doing. Also, it’s 2019 and we still can’t process payment in the truck via card?
I do thank Aggressive for arriving quickly but the service wasn’t worth what I paid for it.

Amazing service from start to finish! Chris the driver was courteous, professional and friendly.. His knowledge and experience showed as he effortlessly and carefully maneuvered our vehicle onto the truck from a busy road and tricky driveway. The rates and payment options were fully explained and more than reasonable! I was given an invoice/receipt of payment which most tow companies don't provide.. I will be recommending this towing company to ppl based on the 5 star service I received ????

I had a flat tire in the worse place on the highway. Ryan at Aggressive was at my car within minutes. He was very personable and very professional. He had my car on the tow truck and off the highway quickly. He towed my car to the closest tire shop and made what could have been a stressful situation just a little blip in my day. I spoke with a female dispatcher and I met with two different drivers, all 3 were amazing and helping me and my kids when my car broke down. They went well beyond what they had to do for us, they offered different solutions and were so patient and provided us with a safe warm place to sit. I really felt so bad for taking up so much of their time but I appreciated it so much! As it was the only help I received while I was stranded in a city I wasn’t from. Thanks so much for your compassion and professionalism and especially your patience and understanding. Nobody treated me like a JOB during my ordeal. I wish I Knew the name of the first driver, he was so nice!!!! And the second driver - Devin was incredibly awesome too! My problem was solved and I walked away feeling lucky I got to deal with this company.

We lost a wheel today going down the No. 1 just past the Whatcom Exit. We were driving a fully loaded pick up and towing 2 side by sides on a trailer. The response time was very fast and they provide highway slow down trucks to make the recovery safe to the traffic and the technician. Amazing job Justin!!! It shows that you love your job!!!
