Let me start with WOW! Hoffmann Brothers continues to impress my wife and I in a variety of ways. Timeliness of response, quality of employees, quality of the work performed and cleanliness, just to mention a few.
Matt Robb did plumbing work for us today and did an outstanding job and was very responsive to our needs. We had several projects for him to work on and none were to big or too small. We have no doubt that we will continue to use Hoffmann Brothers.

Ray was professional and very knowledgeable explaining things in a clear and understandable way. He was patient and emphasized that he was there to help us and to do what we wanted. The job was more complicated than anticipated as we live in a older home and our water heater is located in a very tight, dark corner in the basement. He did an excellent job and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Ray and Hoffman Brothers.

Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of the process and materials for all the repairs. I was given a detail write up and prices for each option. He always provided step by step information of the process and explained with great detail. If he had to change his strategy I was advised. When I had questions he was very attentive to answering the question to make sure I understood. The repairs were very tedious and he took his time and did not rush. Ray did a thorough walk through after he finished. I was advised of rebates and warranties. Ray cleaned up after the work was complete. Ray is an excellent worker. I could tell he love his job because he took pride in the work he did. Ray is an amazing person. I’m very happy that he did the repairs in my home. Thank You Ray. Seven years after our master bathroom remodel, the jacuzzi tub faucets started leaking into the garage ceiling which is under the bathroom. Using the access panel in the garage ceiling, Tom was able to identify the loose fitting that was leaking but couldn't reach it to fix it from there. The remodel didn't leave any access in the bathroom in the tiled area surrounding the tub so he had to remove a tile in order to repair the problem. He did a wonderful job with the tile removal so that it could serve as an access point for the future.

We were VERY pleased with the work Ray completed for us. He explained every step, answered all questions, was prompt and professional and very pleasant. Ray worked on two separate days, completing everything in a timely manner; he was conscientious and respectful and obviously well trained. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Brothers, and Ray, in particular! Great job!

Ray was our service tech, and we couldn’t have asked for a better plumber! He had our house outfitted with a new water heater, shower head, fixed our toilet, and stoped a leak from the shower into the basement. He was very professional and punctual. Diagnosing the problems and coming up with proper solutions was very straightforward and he explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend using Hoffmann Bros. especially if you can get Ray out to your home. Very satisfied customer!

Due to complications in how my home was constructed, their expertise allowed them to find creative solutions to the unconventional problems we encountered. We had an emergency call on a Sunday for our hot water heater. Jamie came out and gave us all our options and his recommendations. He was extremely professional and personable. We would definitely request to use Jamie again for any plumbing needs!!! He was here within an hour of our call to the office! Thanks to Hoffman’s maintenance program we are part of we got a disc on the emergency service! Most reliable and trustworthy company I know!!!!

I had a broken supply line behind the wall. Called Hoffmann Brothers, scheduled me a few days out (not an emergency), called me to ask if they could come earlier by a few days. They came right away, service technician, Steve, was professional and friendly. He outlined my options, gave me a price for each, was quick and efficient. Tom was amazing! I am on the board of the condo association. He didn’t fix my personal leak but rather an owner who was disputing their responsibility. I can’t thank him enough for the way he handled this difficult owner. He was extremely polite even though he didn’t receive it in return. He was very professional and would highly recommend him & Hoffmann Brothers. I didn’t know they handled other repairs besides plumbing. Even though it was 6:30pm and he was on his way to another call, he took the time to explain the home protection plan and other services. I was so impressed that I will provide all of our owners with their brochure along with my recommendation. Most of our owners trust my opinion.

Nick was awesome! I never thought I’d enjoy spending 3.5 hours with the guy installing my water heater. But Nick knew his trade, was on time, professional, and shared lots of tips I had no idea about. When he was done with the water heater, he found that my incoming pressure was too high. 20 minutes later, that issue was solved too. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely use these guys again. 5/5!

I called Hoffman Bros. office soon after they opened and was able to schedule a service appointment for the same day, and actually were able to arrange for the Service Technician to come before noon. The office staff were highly professional, helpful, and sympathetic. Adam was particularly helpful and instrumental in scheduling my service appointment. Our technician, James was professional, courteous, polite, and extremely skilled, and knowledgeable. We have always used Hoffman Bros. due to their high level of service, and quality.

They installed a new sump pump.. Both tech's were courteous, friendly, polite and very professional. They knew their stuff. They explained our options and the costs of the various options. I had an leaking kitchen sink, and a outdoor water spigot, needing repair.
They called ahead the day before to confirm. I spoke with a REAL PERSON!
They called the day of, prior to arrival, to let me know the technician was in route. I was called by a REAL PERSON!!
They also sent a picture of the servicing tech.
From the moment he arrived...nothing but excellence, from start to finish.
Done and done!!! My service tech answered all my questions in detail. Thank you Hoffman Brothers. Your extra personal service and attention to detail is a cut above the rest!!

Dallas gave me better explanation on exactly how he would go about unclogging the plumbing leading from my home to a main line, than was ever explained before. Also for doing the unclogging and camera of the drain, the cost was very reasonable.

Had minor issues that Nic fixed for me and showed me how to do them myself if it happens again. Major issue that he evaluated for me is a serious leak in an upstairs bathroom coming down inside the wall all the way to basement and destroying kitchen wall in the process. He will be replacing toilet which is a high pressure low water flush that has been a problem ASAP and proceed from there with the major project.
Nic was very helpful and had a supervisor come by to also evaluate what had to happen. Both were very professional and respectful.

We were concerned the last min. add on would cost a fortune but the pricing was extremely reasonable. I was amazed at the top level of customer service from the first phone call to Tom coming out to fix our shower.
