My daughter's car was disabled in the Cleveland area on a Saturday afternoon in April, 2021. I was an hour plus away from her. My insurance company set up the towing service through 3 S Towing. They were fantastic through the whole ordeal! They called to let me know when someone would be on the way and then the driver, Mike, called to let me know that he arrived and called again to let me know when the vehicle was at its destination. He was so kind and considerate and he knew I was worried about my young daughter being alone one the highway in Cleveland. He was very reassuring to me and kept my daughter calm. I would recommend this company! I have their number saved in my phone in case we need them in the future!

On Saturday June 20th I was driving with my puppy from Iowa to New York and blew out both left side tires from a huge pothole on I90E in Cleveland. Fortunately I made it safely to the side of the road and contacted AAA. So here I am late afternoon with no local contacts, in need of a tow and new tires, and most likely a place to stay for the night. Adding to the frustration is the Covid-19 restrictions! It was my lucky day to have 3 S Towing and Recovery arrive as promised and find a way to get my car, my puppy and me to a safe place for repair and recovery! I owe them a debt of gratitude for their care and response. Keeping their number in my phone for my next trip through Cleveland!

I had to have my car towed across town to my garage. The driver, Mark, called to let me know he was on his way and asked if I had any specific needs or concerns. He texted me when he had the car hooked up and again when he dropped it off at my repair shop. Great experience all around!

Called 3s to come pick me up on the side of a really busy road.. explained to them that i had a lowered 09 Corvette make sure whatever you send could handle it.. the driver Steve showed up really quick in what looked like a brand new truck he brought wood boards and "race ramps" i believe they're called.. very professional and gentle with my baby.. if i ever need another tow (hopefully not anytime soon) i will most definitely call you guys again!! Thank you

The young man that was sent to us was prompt, very polite, courteous and respectful. He was very patient with me and the mechanic I need to tow my car to. He followed covid protocols, and was quick and proficient in his work.I will be requesting them the next time I use AAA in addition to that I will be calling them use their other services as well. I highly recommend using their services.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway & 3 S QUICKLY dispatched their tow truck driver Mo to get my car!
He called to ensure I was safe before arriving, he safely loaded my car and took it to the dealership for me!
3 S Towing was very professional, kind and their main priority was that I was safe being that I was stuck on the side of the freeway...and as a single grandmother with nobody else to help me....it's so genuinely appreciated!!
There's nothing worse then being a lady stranded and they made me feel completely at ease!
I'd been having a horrendous day & Mo was kind and managed to actually make me smile and laugh....so thank you for rescuing this damsel in distress in her time of need!!

Tim and his crew were amazing and are lifesavers! My trailer that was attached to my pickup truck was stuck and wedged in between two buildings and I wasn't able to maneuver it around (even with the help of others experienced in towing). Tim and his partner came out and jacked up the trailer and helped direct me to steer my truck while they lifted the trailer up...which shortly became unstuck thanks to them!. Very down to earth guys. Can't thank and recommend them enough!!

3.26.21 @ 847pm - Meh. Needed a tow service. They said they called 4 times. I have one call where we were on the phone just under 30 seconds. ????????♀️ no one ever said anything. The woman at the company was nice when i called to question where the driver was.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while getting ready to head out with my three year old daughter. When I called 3s they told me at first it would be about 45 minutes. But when I mentioned that my daughter and I were locked out of car and house, a driver that was about the leave after his shift came over within 10 minutes and got us out of the cold and into my car!! Having employees go out of their way to help customers is always I sign of a great company and 3S is just that!!!

The job thag 3S Towing and Recovery did for our cars was excellent. On one car, they fixed the front bumper after an animal accicent. The car came looking brand new! They took extra care to make sure everything was done well before releasing the car back to us. They were extremely professional and welcoming into their business. Hight recommend this company!

The need for a towing service is not necessarily at the top of anyone's "favorite things" list, but I seem to have had the need more than I care to admit. So, I've used a few different tow services. Without naming any competitors, I can honestly say that 3S Towing and Recovery will always be my go to unless they prove otherwise.
The drivers are experienced and personable and I've even gotten good customer service from individuals who were tired from long hours, bad weather and/or just a few too many customers on that particular day. When this service is necessary, 3S Towing and Recovery offers great service for the price. 3S Towing and Recovery rates 5 stars in my book: thanks Austin, thanks Billy.

He called and let us know when he'd be arriving, he was polite, he was professional, and he took great care of my daughter's Jeep. I had driven my truck into one of Ohio’s hidden ditches along the side of the road. I just wanted to
Turn around and it looked like it was grass. The front right tire went into the ditch high centering my truck leaving the back left tire off the ground. I wasn’t getting out of there, even in 4 low. I called 3 S towing and they sent someone out and when he got there, I told the gentleman I didn’t want to cause more damage by pulling the vehicle back out of the hole considering the entire truck was resting on my right side running board. He professionally called in another truck to help. They put a hook on the right tire than was stuck in the whole and lifted the nose of my truck out of the hole and at the same time pulled my truck out of the hole with the other truck from behind. Absolutely perfect job and they left my truck with almost no damage. Saved me an insurance claim and much more. Thank you 3S towing for teaming up and actually considering my concerns to minimize the damage to my vehicle and saving my butt that day!! Highly recommend.

Horrible to deal with, Unprofessional people who try and pick fights. They also delete all of their poor reviews, of which I have made several times after many poor experiences with them. I will continue to make more after they delete this one. I advise anyone to not use them. Consider Mitchell's or Kufner for a better experience.

Mark came to my rescue when my car died in the middle of the road. He had my car loaded and ready to tow in absolutely no time. He gave me a lift to the shop and the conversation that followed spoke well of his own professionalism and the quality of the company he worked for. He loves what he does and continually sang the praises of the company for giving him an environment where he can thrive. I'd recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times.

I called my insurance company's roadside assistance for a tow from my home to my mechanic. 3S's showed up, the driver was Cashmere (or Kashmir, like Led Zeppelin? :)) within about 15 minutes. He was fast & friendly and we jumped my car to get it onto the flat bed. GREAT, A++ service.

Euclid PD forced us to use them when i had my own towing company to use that i pay for yearly. This towing company then put my wrecked vehicle in their lot and wouldn't allow me into my OWN CAR to grab my belongings without paying $20.00. after i got out the hospital. HOLDING my stuff hostage is never acceptable. My wallet with ID was in that car. They have zero understanding of what can happen during an accident.

I was scheduled to have my car serviced. That morning, it was dead! Michael arrived to tow the car. He charged the battery. This seemed to fix the previous problem. Concerned, Michael offered to follow me to the dealership, just in case. Not only was he knowledgable about what needed to be done, he was professional. Unprofessional! Treated me poorly from the start, my vehicle was involved in an accident on the freeway (hit-skip) not my fault, car was totaled and needed to get my belongings. Treated me like I did something wrong. I didn't choose to use them, Euclid PD did! Feel bad for anyone having to deal with the guy I did at the window. I had 2 tow truck drivers from other companies come out and tell me they couldn’t tow my truck because it was modified due to having wide wheels. Davey from 3s came out here loaded it up in a few minutes with no problems! He’s definitely the best and fastest and friendliest guy I’ve ever seen highly recommend 3s towing and Davey.

I was asked what type of vehicle so that the I can get the proper tow. F150 PLATINUM requires a flatbed. Company sent a regular tow truck to me in a matter of minutes. However, now my vehicle squeaks loud as hell!
They don't care...apparently, they don't care about me or anyone I know calling again neither.

I paid for a tow early on a Monday and asked for my vehicle to be taken to Carmax, ( in order to trade it in as my transmission died) by Wednesday at 6:00 pm. I phoned Carmax on Wednesday and it wasn’t there. Speaking with 3 S towing on the phone, I was condescended to while rudely being told to “listen” as the man on the phone was repeating himself - explaining again, “that they needed confirmation for the tow, even though I had already paid, and wasn’t told when I booked the towing that confirmation was needed.” The man was extremely rude and completely unapologetic. I would recommend that women do not use this company. I had to break my appt at Carmax and I’ve been without a car for days because of their ineptitude.

When he arrived he assessed the issue with my car battery, charged the battery and most importantly, gave me a sense of relief. He was helpful, supportive, professional, and honestly a life saver. 3S Towing and Recovery towed our truck with a flatbed tow truck 55 miles back to our home after the alternator went bad. We were stuck on a highway exit ramp and Spencer from 3S Towing arrived so quickly. He was there within 15 minutes! He was so professional and took care of everything. He handled our truck with care and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend 3S Towing if you ever need a tow!
