This was the first time I had used Bishops Plumbers so I was not sure what to expect. I can honestly say that they were excellent all round. I was able to book an appointment for the following day. The plumber arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and he made sure that everything was clean and tidy before he left. I would definitely recommend them.

Wouldn't choose another plumber. They've moved radiators, added new ones, fixed leaks. The plumbers are always very helpful, explaining issues and how they will fix them. Don't know how they compare on price as haven't used anyone else

They investigated and quickly uncovered the source of a mysterious leak. The repair involved having to take up floorboards and drill through cement. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the plumber replaced the boards and carpet, leaving hardly a trace. The work and the communication between Bishops and us was professional and efficient at all times. Very satisfied.

These guys were very professional from the 1st phonecall til the job was done. I needed both washing machine and dishwasher installed plus the plumbing work for both to work on the same pipe. They came, quoted me and gave me a appointment on the same day I called and by the next day the works was completed and very affordable compared to others around me.
I did however have a leak where the work was done but they had someone out to me instantly and sorted it like true professionals.
Will be recommending and using again if needed.

Called Bishops Plumbers Brighton first time after reading their review spoke to a lady (Mitchell I think)explained the issue asking for a plumber visit for written quotation but she said the job will takes 2 hours don't need plumber visit . No quotation was received before head in fact my email sent her twice so she booked the job next day . The plumber chap came early morning told me the job will takes 2 hours then he went out for an hour middle of the work to buy materials so at the end I end up paying invoice more than 4 hours which was over £300 for sealing bath tub, replacing bath mixture taps and replace shower holder. The plumber guy was nice but the lady who operates the company should not telling customer over the phone a fixed price without seeing the job then send bills for double the hours . I felt this company is not professional certainly will not use them again

They were really fast and professional, dealing with a drain problem which had vexed me for weeks. They came round initially for a review and quote, then fixed the problem days later. As this is in early 2021 and we're still in lockdown, they were good at making sure to keep physically distanced and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend and use again.

Bishops Plumbers installed a dishwasher for us. The dishwasher was NOT close to the sink. The waste water pipe had to go through multiple cupboards and around the gas oven, but Bishops Plumbers managed to get it done quickly and efficiently. They were on-time and professional. We would certainly recommend them.

Bishops have just completed a total bathroom refurb for us - absolutely everything out, stripped back and replaced. Can't recommend them highly enough. Probably the nicest group of tradespeople you're likely to meet, tidy, quiet and did an immaculate job. We finally have a bathroom we love!

Moved into our flat a couple months back and soon found that the shower was struggling to do hot water, until it gave up completely. Was recommended Bishops by my landlord and they took care of everything - sourced a replacement unit and got it installed in no time at all. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Installed a new boiler before Xmas but it didn't work and they couldn't come out to fix the problem till the new year.
Bishops did their best to resolve the issues in a timely manner and the boiler now works great!!

I returned from holiday and discovered the water valve going into the cistern was leaking and water all over the bathroom floor. After replacing the washer with no joy, I called Bishops and they sent Connor round to take a look. 20 minutes after he arrived, it was all sorted. He was really professional and even called to say he could come earlier in the day if required.
I asked him about a few other jobs around the flat and Bishops sent a quote the next day. I have now asked them to complete a few of these jobs for me. Great service.

I've used Bishops for my boiler service for several years and they've been very good. This time was very disappointing the engineer did not protect the area properly and left stains on my white carpet. He did own up to it but still, I now have a carpet with stains on it.

Used bishops to replace the hot water system in my Parents-in-laws house including integrating an old solar hot water system. They did a great job involving a lot of problem solving, re-specifying and upgrading to a system that had become seriously complex as the house had been extended over the years. Now the whole system is working 100% better, its very satisfying and a job well done.
