I had a service and MOT done at this garage and the customer service is excellent. There were several problems highlighted during the service as my car is fairly old and Neil, the manager kept me informed throughout. The work which is of a very high standard was finished on time and came in under the estimated cost. They very kindly put air in my tyres when needed and are always so polite and helpful if I call with any concerns.

Had a nail in my front tire. Was able to book appointment next day. Car went straight in at time scheduled. Nail was removed and puncture repaired very quickly. Receptionist was very welcoming and knew his stuff. He actually did the repair. Can't fault this service. Will use again. ????

Outstanding. A real gentleman, who fitted me in straight away. Fixed broken valve and I was away to go. Which was especially good with 2 kids in the car. Amazing, can't recommend enough. Nice to know there are good people around in these testing times.

Thank you very much to team today who saved me from having to get my sons car towed back from Barry to Oxford after he crashed on Friday! They fitted us in last minute and wouldn't even accept any payment as i had brought a spare wheel, i just wasn't able to undo the bolts as my kid had left the tools in his house. I'm so grateful for the kind gesture, they were extremely helpful and accommodating

I rang the Kwik Fit Barry branch and booked my girlfriends tyre in for a tyre repair on her MINI. I must say from start to finish, the service from Callum was outstanding. He kept us informed when the car was ready, gave a realistic time scale and also fitted us in with such short notice for which was already a very busy day. Callum was very polite throughout dealing with him and I strongly would recommend speaking with Callum when you go to this branch. We will definitely be returning. Thank you very much!

Car registered puncture when travelling. Kwik Fit Barry checked tyres over filled them to correct amounts all due to the freezing conditions we are experiencing at the moment. Very helpful and efficient gentleman helped us. Thank you.

Went here late Saturday afternoon after a window malfunctioned and was stuck down, all garages were closed I was able to have it held up in place until I could have it repaired which is no easy job.
I returned to have a puncture looked at and ended up needing a new tyre which was ordered. It took 20 minutes to replace the tyre.
Staff are all really friendly there and I would highly recommend this place.

Honest, reputable Garage, highly recommend.
I went in to have a fault rectified after having tyres replaced, however at first I was not met with the response I would’ve hoped for. This was disappointing, as I & my family had many good experiences with this Kwik fit in the past.
This said, the area manager dealt with the issue immediately & apon arrival at the garage for a second time, the service agent apologised for any miss understanding & rectified the fault without question, showing the true professionalism that I was used to from this garage.
I’ll defiantly continue to use this kwikfit centre & highly recommend it for your next tyre change.

Kwik Fit - Barry often provides good standard of it's services which the motor industry consumer expects whether it's booking a service, MOT, tyre changes, oil and filter changes, bulb replacements and so forth; members of the Kwik Fit team are often helpful. Price brackets for services are good value for money and work completed is often satisfactory from experience.
I'd definitely recommend Kwik Fit - Barry depot.

Excellent service at short notice. Replaced 2 damaged front tyres on my Daughters Clio and also identified that the tracking was the cause of the problem, which they also repaired. This is the second time in a few months I've used this Kwik fit and have been very impressed on both occasions.

I felt something not quite right on my subaru forester steering. They couldn't find anything wrong with cv joints but did find a future problem that will become an issue in next few months. Advised to keep an eye on steering and get other issue sorted at MOT. Very polite and helpful.

Have always found the staff polite, helpful and informative. Always keep me updated on progress. They managed to fit me in at short notice recently for 3 tyres and brake discs and pads. very poor,went in to have a puncture repair and was pleasantly surprised when i was told there was no charge as it wasn't worth the paperwork so i put some money in there charity box.so i get up this morning to go to work to find my tyre flat and when i go to change it i cant as they have damaged the locking wheel nut adaptor. I certainly got what i paid for no wonder they didn't want to charge me.obviously don't care about people's safety !

Arrived a little early, the Guy behind the desk greeted me by name saying he'd get my car attended to asap. The MOT was a reasonable price and it was completed in good time. Both members of staff were friendly even though they appeared busy. I accidentally left my jacket behind, they called and left a message. Impressed by the service overall.

Called in about slow puncture. Had to leave car for over 4h and after that got call that my tire is fine and nothing needs to be done . So thought great ! Little annoyed with all hassle I gave my self.
Next day went to work and came back rushing as needed quickly jump in car and pick up my girl ...
Tire flat..... my frustration and anger were of the scale... wasted half of Sunday on trying get my tire changed... so I wouldn't be in this exact situation

Arrived here late in the day needing a flat tyre replaced before a long drive back home. Customer service was fantastic and within 20 minutes I was on the road. Makes a nice change to visit a garage where they obviously have pride in what they do. Bloody good job!!
