It was Saturday in la palma I had bought a car and no tag so seal put a sticker to be towed really bad handwriting my girlfriend could find figured min.3 day. They toad my vehicle that day it was right after I paid rent so I was broke and then my tools were in there cuz I'm construction worker struggling so I call it's like 225 for the tow and some storage fee price that is I don't know it's like $500 after 3 days and then $25 a day and more long story short with me having to pay bills child support groceries and food and then and pay Uber or someone to come pick me and take me up to work and all that that price to get my car out of impound is just unobtainable so I do feel that ASAP I was done me wrong and not giving me a proper warning time and has ruined my life financially emotionally damage my relationship with my fiance and is also caused a snowball effect of sin that keeps rolling in my brain daily as I endure this struggle if not having any transportation to where faults have passed my mind that it is a good thing that we do have law enforcement because if I was in the days of Bonanza and my horse come a missing something I would not tolerate and since I got hands I surely quick off the draw.. so I hope you ASAP fell asleep good at night and rest assured that I will not be seeking revenge..but like I said the sin has snowballed in my brain to where I have caught Satan and asked the Lord Jesus to take these hatred thoughts from me and that that car will when they turn into rust but I will live for eternity I'd spoke with a little girl at the front desk on the telephone and there's an auction coming up here in January nah just may attend the auction and try and purchase my car back is there any rules against letting bidders know at the auction the car is mine and I strongly suggest not to bid on it because it doesn't run well and if you think you can fix it you're going to need a doctor also...

Awesome customer service. Stephanie behind the desk treated me with the upmost respect. I also called (I want to say after hours) to speak with someone about me having issues getting my E-title to handle business with ASAP. Come to find out I was speaking with the owner of the company and he was thee most helpful human I could have asked for in this stressful time. I had a blowout on I-10 yesterday during rush hour traffic. Needless to say I was an emotional wreck as it was also pouring rain. I called a tow service who could not help me due to my issues. They recommended ASAP Towing and I am so grateful they did! When I called, I spoke with Alicia and she is AMAZING. I was ugly crying and couldn't tell her exactly where I was. She calmed me down and listened to my issues. Due to her awesome customer service, she went above board to take care of my needs! The tow truck driver was Sean. He was Amazing. He is professional, fast, friendly and just amazing!!!! Thank you ASAP Towing for the amazing customer service. Forever grateful customer!

Horrible situation, car was towed from an apartment complex, completely ruined the bumper to a 100k+ car, lady also said that the driver had messed up, but when the owner was confronted about it, he’s not taking responsibility for the situation. Finally dealing with ASAP’s shenanigans first hand

This business just towed my 9 month pregnant wife’s car and left her stranded. They said there was nothing they can do. As we were paying the ridiculous fee, the driver pulls up with another vehicle and says, ‘Man do I feel like sh*t for towing a pregnant woman’s car.” Obviously not since he saw the car seat in the back.

Unlawfully holding my vehicle and will not release. I have all proof that the vehicle is owned by me and they still will not release it. My attorney spoke with Brandi and she says that we have to provide the title to my car in order to get it released. This is false and we will be pressing legal action. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Horrible company. They will not even provide my attorney with a email address so send a legal letter.

After speaking with the owner I have filled a complaint with the better business bureau and I will see them in court. My car was towed in my apartment community. The driver refused to surrender my vehicle and did not offer me the drop fee as the FL law states. I want them to know that the minimum fine is $2500. If you thought I was the one to play with think again.

My truck was stolen and in stead of them calling ME, the owner of the vehicle, they got in touch with MY insurance company. The insurance company called me to tell me my truck was found total lost and where do I want ASAP to it from there lot at the Beaches. Lousy job, I should have been notified about my truck to make a decision, I might have gotten someone else to tow it from ASAP TO A PLACE THAT I CHOOSE. "" MONEY HUNGRY AND GREEDY.""

Charged me an extra fee for absolutely no reason, because it was there for more than six hours overnight while I was asleep. 180 dollars to get my own car back, took for ever for the guy to come to the gate and open the gate to let us out, miserable humans overall.

Came from more than 150 miles to pay for my daughter's vehicle in impound. Made it before 5:00 p.m. closing. Also Paid $150.00 for a tow driver to jump start vehicle. Was told the wait would be less than 1 hr for the jump start. Here it is almost 8:00 p.m. - still waiting & no jump start. Paid $1,000.00+ for impound + jump start...is this called customer service or good business? OR ***k U? WOULD NEVER USE IN ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!

Worst costumer service at the jax beach location. The lady on dispatch was nice and helpful. But when got to location to release my car was refused service due to the employee was playing a video game and said I was trespassing( and some more words I won't mention). Called back to dispatch she said they were open and he had to release the car. Finally after a wait and asking dispatch she sent out the guy and was rude and aggressive. Finally when paying for release of my car of course don't have change so had to pay extra money cuz I wanted the nightmare of dealing with this place over. He then called dispatch and heard her say if gate is open you are open. Guess playing video games on the clock is more important to that person than doing his job. Also they were according to my apartment complex supposed to notify of towing a vehicle from there which they did not do. If I have to deal with this place again I'll bring a lawer or the police since was refused to release my car and if I'm right that's grand theft. It's their duty to do their job not play video games and be a jerk to people.

Customer service on the phone is terrible. The jax beach location, which isn't even listed on Google, is disgusting. Ants were crawling all over my feet while I waited and the bathroom was out of order. There was trash everywhere. To top it off, the computer was extremely slow so I had to sit in that building even longer. I don't know how they can call themselves a business.

He tried to tow a car and the left then came back around with a different car and drop that one off 2 parking spaces over then left seems that the car he was trying to tow in the beginning was illegal. I don't know but I would not let this company come close to my car. If you see a red dodge wreaker with asap towing or and tow truck with asap towing on it don't trust them.

Car was towed from my community, and it took at least 30 minutes to get the car back. They also charged $142 to tow the car, $22 is their flat daily rate, and $111 was for towing fee to travel a total of 10 miles (the other $10 fee was some other fee tacked on). Where in the world can you make $142 for 15 minutes worth of work?
