We had such great service from Superior Towing! The lady that answered our call for help was absolutely amazing! She discussed our options for towing and they were reasonable and comparable to the other companies I had called. Our tow truck driver was a great guy, got us out of the ditch and back on the toad in no time at all! Thank you and we will definitely use you again...????????

Left my keys in my car and was locked out. Attempted to break into the car myself, which didn’t work at all. Did some googling for services in helping my unlock my car. Stumbled upon Kristian who owns Superior Towing Solutions. Kristian was super helpful, showed up and got the car unlocked quickly. Good service and good price for unlocking cars

Their dispatcher didn’t send a truck out in sub zero temperatures, leaving 2 woman a young child and a dog to sit in a vehicle all night, when got another call in the morning had excuses for not sending the truck out, to top it all off they were charged $1260.00.

I called superior towing and talked to Jo-Anne
She was extremely professional, asked all the right question to make sure they brought the right truck for the tow. The price was really good and the tow truck operator was very friendly and got the job done safe. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

There's good service and then there's fantastic service. I got fantastic service at superior. When I called in the dispatcher was quick, friendly, and helpful. Within the hour we were getting hauled on to the truck despite the fact we were a ways south of Edson. The driver was just as awesome. Knew his way around the truck and was great to chat with. If I ever need a tow in this area again hands down I'm calling them.

My buddies and I were stranded on Hwy 16 due to a complicated flat tire at 11pm. Kent from Superior Towing called us and got to us within 30 minutes and got the car ready to go in no time. Kent went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate that! I will be recommending Superior Towing to all my friends and family.

What great service, Kent went above and beyond today for my girlfriend. Her truck just quit running and Kent was there to help. It ended up that she didn't need a tow in the end but Superior Towing wanted to make sure that she was safe. Kent followed her to the mechanic shop to make sure that she was going to be okay. Called at 630am was told knowbody could be there till 8am. Dispatch lady was very rude and told me 1 thing and driver another. Tow truck didn't get there till 945am. She got mad when i said i was just over a mile when it turned out too be 3miles.

I was travelling from Jasper to Peace River and used Google maps to plan the route.
It put me on Nova Road which turned out to be an unloved oilfield road. I got my daughters car stuck in an area without cell service. I managed to walk up a hill to get cell service and was very glad to contact Superior Towing. They were great! Joanne and her husband were wonderful!
If you should ever need towing service in Edson area, I highly recommend them.

Our son's vehicle had mechanical issues while on route to his work location. Jo-Ann graciously, and quickly deployed a tow truck. Not only did the vehicle get delivered to the Superior Towing location, Kent the driver was licensed to complete the repair. Our son was back on the road again in a few hours. I have nothing but positive things to say about Superior Towing and highly recommend their services in and around the Edson, Alberta area!
While hunting on Thanksgiving Saturday 2016, I made a mistake and got my truck stuck in the middle of nowhere, late in the day. After hours of trying to get the truck out and becoming more stressed out, I called for help.
Joanne was great to deal with as she kept me calm and ensured that Kent would find us and get us out. We worked together to determine our approximate location and time it would take for Kent to get there. Within the hour she said he would be there, we saw his lights coming down the road. He spun around, hooked on with the winch, pulled the lever and we were out! As the weather conditions were pretty horrible, along with the roads being icy that night, Kent ensured we made it back out to the highway safely!
So, a BIG thank you to Joanne & Kent at Superior Towing in Edson, Alberta for helping us out - we appreciate it!
