Battery died this winter and needed to get to work. Thought about buying a booster but never did, should have I guess. Called these guys and they came in about 20 minutes or so and it was great. Guy was super nice. They deserve a good review.

Chris was extremely professional and personable. It was a cold snowy morning, and he was able to change out my flat tire for the spare. He was able to even find the spare which I did not know where it was. He made sure that the pressure in all of my tires was good enough to get me to the shop. And he was very comforting, calm,And friendly. I would definitely recommend Astro towing.

After collision, I was informed that Astro would secure my car. But the tow truck operator failed to close the windows on my car even though they were operational. It was stored like this for 10 days in a dusty gravel lot. On arrival at collision repair centre, the entire interior was filled with dust and rain drop marks. I called in a complaint, but so far, silence.

Austin with truck #40 is a gem. He managed to navigate with expertise through a long, tight driveway to get to my SUV which was sitting completely dead in the garage. The driveway was so tight that he had to exit his truck through the back window, because he could not exit through the doors (literally two inches allowance on either side) between truck and house and truck and fence. He had to try a few things to get the SUV going, but he did not give up, and ultimately, he was able to figure it out and my SUV is running! One of the kindest, professional men out there. Beyond happy with this experience. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Austin. You made me and my mom's night.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service I've ever had to deal with. Nobody reads side notes on their computers and nobody remembers anything customers tell them, resulting in repeating myself more than than twice and my car being towed to PBR Aubtion. I barely got it out since they close at 5 and the auction was on the next day. I work so it was time was of an essence I'm that regard. I was also surprised with another 120 dollar towing fee on arrival to pay, even though I called the same day and the day before to make sure i had enough funds considering I already had to borrow money from someone. Biggest nightmare of my life getting my car from you guys. Lets just say I prey I hope I dont screw up and get my car towed again. Thanks for the lesson.

Travelling from Ontario to British Columbia with a UHaul trailer, my car broke down on the highway outside of Saskatoon. Outstanding, professional and incredibly kind customer service was provided by the dispatcher, and drivers Nol and Doug right from start to finish! I felt completely safe and confident with them and cannot is thank them enough for all of their help. They take great pride in their work and go above and beyond!

My vehicle broke down on the highway. My roadside assistance service dispatched Astro towing to tow my vehicle to the dealership. When the tow truck arrived, the driver explained that he would have have to drag my vehicle (because it wouldn’t go into neutral) and possibly wreck my tires. Since I was just on my way home after getting new tires ($1500), I wasn’t keen on that idea. He offered to call a different tow truck. I was on a time crunch because the dealership was getting me a loaner vehicle but they were closing in 30 minutes. The tow truck driver offered to sit with my vehicle, call a different tow truck and get my vehicle towed there. He said “don’t worry, I got you”. My husband came and drove me to the dealership, and when my husband went back to give the driver a thank you, he was already gone. I called Astro to get his name to personally thank him.
Thank you Anthony! What an amazing gesture you did for me, you made my stressful experience so much easier and lessened my worry.
I plan to thank you in person!

I had a terrible day with my BMW's engine acting funny after work and used my CAA to call a tow truck. The experience I had with Austin Davis from Astro Towing was the definition of excellence. He was to my surprise EARLY compared to the time estimate given on my CAA! He was personable, supportive, humorous, kind and helpful. He even popped my hood to see if he could tell me anything I did not already know and even offered me to give me a ride home after my car was dropped off at the shop. I would highly recommend Astro Towing, especially if Austin Davis is your tow truck driver, he will take the best care of you possible.

I had a coupon for free towing with them under my friend's account. I had to tow my car. The driver did not wait for me. He was rushing to leave and he unloaded the car with a damage. I stopped him and he said call office and talk to the manager. I phoned them and they asked for proof. I sent to them via email. He called back and said deal with it through SGI. I phoned SGI and they said I have to pay 700$ deductible. I phoned the manager again and he said go to SGI and claim against us, I have been working here for a while now. I know how to fight it out.

Our boat broke free of our trailer and landed on its side and the tow guy came out at a reasonable time and managed to lift the boat with the boom and flip it back on the trailer in now time at all. Keep in mind it was 2am pouring rain. He was super friendly and very professional. And all at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again

Amazing customer service!! Was stranded on the side of the road tow truck driver was able to let me know of all my options with CCA, which I was not a member at the time. Had great patience with allowing me to call and set up a membership. Saved a lot of money since I was having to have a tow from Saskatoon to Regina. Greatly appreciated!!!! Highly recommended!

This was the first time I've ever needed towing assistance. I called Astro Towing based on a recommendation from the shop we were getting towed to (Market Tire - 8th Street). From the first contact with the office staff, to dealing with our driver (Dennis) Astro Towing took great care of us on a tow that we needed. Dennis and the office staff were efficient, helpful, courteous and friendly. Plus, it was less money than we originally were expecting, which is always a bonus. Over the top service from start to finish! Hopefully I won't need a tow again, but if I do I will definitely be a repeat customer.
