If you own a vauxhall and have car issues, they are the best in town, went yesterday and they sorted out my heat sensor in under an 30 mins, highly recommended they know what they are talking about

One of my guys vans broke down today. He got towed there by the recovery. These guys fixed my van. Got my him back on the road & couldn't have been more helpful. More garages need to be like these lads.

We had our Work van MOT march 2021 (during lockdown) and repairs done the next day for minor items. Really good prices and fast service with great customer care too . Office v clean and PPE worn . Friendly. we will use them again as they specialise in our make too .

Brilliant service & friendly staff. I received a work quote from a well know high street garage for £450.00. Viking’s did the same work for £225.00. I asked them to do some extra for me and it wasn’t a problem for them, they were happy to help. They were very professional and up front with all the costs. I came away very happy and didn’t feel ripped off, liked the other place. I highly recommend them to everyone. I will NEVER go back to my old garage. Thank you vikings.

Was convinced I was hearing a worn front wheel bearing when the car was moving, but after checking, it turned out to be worn discs and pads. Replaced and ready to go in about 90 mins. Another place might have taken me seriously and charged much more for replacing the wheel bearings, knowing all the while that the brakes were worn. Highly recommend. Fast, professional and most of all honest.

Great service and will definitely use again. Friendly staff and very organised. Van went in at 9.30 and was done for 12. One of the only garages around that will do injectors and have the right tool to get them out if they snap. They also noticed my oil was very low so topped that up too.

Would rate this place 3 stars as it can be quite handy to get quick parts from but however it’s a 1 star due to the little man that works there who is rude and arrogant he never seems to change always moody and not wanting to help he Brings this place down Needs firing or retraining as he doesn’t no how to speak to customers in a polite way. He reminds me of a jack russel that doesn’t stop barking ! however the other staff are friendly and helpful. Service with a smile = a returning customer. Service with a temper = makes your place look unprofessional and off putting

A few days ago I took my Vauxhall Astra to this garage I was told all the faults on my car were sorted after they took a look at it I was told the glow relay switch was the cause for my engine management light to be constantly on they told me it was fixed but it has not been fixed it is still constantly on when they did the diagnostics they did not even give me a print out of the faults when I asked for the print they said they would need to do the diagnostics again which would have cost me even more, there is also a gushing noise from the pipes which they told me it is normal and that I should keep on driving my car, not professional at all!!! they claimed to have changed my relay switch which was a lie as I got it checked out by the main dealers and it was still the same switch I had originally. They changed my bulbs the bulbs were not even fitted properly so for a pack of lies, being fibbed off and two bulb changes I was charged £100 AVOID GOING TO THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!

Quite some distance for me, but they were the only garage who could help me so I did go there. There is a £60 minimum for an examination of electrical systems, and then they start to charge for the work. They did the job that I wanted done and now all is well.

Great Garage! Always welcoming and friendly with banter thrown in. Always clear and fair with pricing, keeping worn parts off your car to show you what has been replaced. MOTs and servicing completed diligently and usually same day. Always first garage to be recommended when anyone asks about cars.

I highly recommend this garage. Visited twice; one booked appointment and one emergency. Each time staff were friendly and informative. I was given realistic quotes and time estimates, and the final prices were much cheaper than I'd been quoted elsewhere.

Had the best experience at Viking Auto today,at 4.00 i discovered a water leak coming out under the car,luckily i live 5 minutes from Viking so i took the car to them,(i was going on holiday the next day)Carl and Tony asked me to drive it straight in,whithin 5 minutes they had diagnosed the problem,the new part was ordered delivered and fitted in an hour really impressed,Viking will always be my recommendation,thanks again.
