Sat in drive thru for ages to be handed this. Mustard everywhere. Lettuce in a double cheese burger. Took back and manager asked what's wrong, I said well can't you see what's wrong and she said "the cheese isn't in the middle" their attitude stinks in the end after waiting another 10 minutes she decided to just give money back, as they can't accept the truth.

Honestly lost count how many times I've been to this macdonalds everytime they mess up my order how hard is it to put some quarter onion and some extra lettuce in a chicken legend even then still manage to put wrong onion in not wasting my money at this restaurant again customer service is shocking to say the least

Third time I have been and asked for no cheese on my burger and third time in a row I have received a burger loaded with cheese. This time I ordered a back up for when I inevitably have to chuck the burger in the bin, katsu chicken nuggets. Get home to find a very cheesy burger and regular chicken nuggets. Just wow.

The attitude of one lady member of staff let us order our meals and didn't use a mask as we were communicating for a deaf person and when we went to order our desert she started to get aggressive and sed we need to get out in an aggresive mannor and that noone was getting served coz we didn't have a mask I can't thanks the gentleman that was working enough as all he could do was apologise and was very helpful

Card reader not working suggested we give our card and PIN number to pay for a small £4.20 order ... could we drive round again ?? Phoned up asked to speak to management only to be talked to in a very snotty way with zero respect 6/4/21 17.30 .... waste of time

Ordered two meals and two apple pies...drove a few mins away to eat, only one apple pie and no straws for the drinks, had to drive back, lovely cleaner/floor worker immediately came to me as I walked in and sorted it out. Shame the staff serving don't get orders right, the onus on checking an order is with them, not customers in a busy drive thru????

Can get very busy as you'd expect.. Staff have always been friendly and polite, however many times when I've been here its as if the burgers have been thrown together. I appreciate their pressures but I'd appreciate a well made burger more!

Doing a great job while in these difficult times we been to drive through all staff wearing masks no customers allowed in the shop and can see they have a load of shielding screens in place hats off to you's for the great job also this had a faster queue in drive thru

Waited 15 minutes for table service then had to go back to the counter to ask where the food was. When we got the meal the cheese and bake flat bread was cold. They seam to consentrait on the drive though most. FAST FOOD not.

Out of the two mcdonalds (not including the one in the shopping centre) in the town this mcdonalds is my least preferred as they mess up our order 50% of the time or forget to give you sauces that come with certain promos. Driving in and out of the restaurant car park is stressful too. If you can go to the marina one.

My husband ordered a Chicken Nuggets Happy Meal and two Big Mac Meals today. When he arrived home the food was that cold we had to microwave it! We also ordered milkshakes as the drinks not one of them was frozen like they should’ve been. The chocolate ones were very strong and it was like drinking sludge! Absolutely disgusted with the food, which we ended up binning!
