We were really disappointed unfortunately, the bread was stale and dry and there was barely any filling in the sub to the point where you couldn't really taste it, the lettuce was starting to go brown also. Hopefully it was just a quiet day for them, maybe it had stood awhile, we got there about 12pm. We've eaten here before and although you don't get much compared to other Subways we've never had a problem with the food being stale.

The food is always served to the high standards expected from a Subway outlet. My only gripe was having to wait in a queue when I'd ordered ahead to collect at a very specific time using their app.

A Subway is a Subway, they literally warm it up for you in a pre-programmed oven. So all I can really comment on is the service, and after pre-ordering online, with a booked time slot for collection, I had to wait in a queue for over half an hour despite there being just three people in front of me. If I'd used the contactless collection service I think I'd still be there today. Rubbish.

Tried to get a subway an hour before the closing time, only o be told that it was already closed by the person behind the counter. Why have a closing time if you are just going to shut up shop as and when you feel like it?

This is buy far the best subway I've been to and for a small subway the staff are so friendly even at busy times. Always making sure u don't miss out on a special offer. Also u never forget to scan ur sub card cause they alway remind you which in other subway it's not till I've eaten my food I've realised I've not scanned my card. But u can go online and claim points back but highly frustrating when you have to do that so for me the little added things like that makes it my local subway store even tho it's not my clostest ????
