Completely rude when I called asking for information about having a car towed that is in a no parking zone. Maybe it was just too early for him and he hadn't had his 8 cups of coffee and his 5 cigarettes within the hour he started his shift today. Just rude. There wasn't any need for it. Not good for your business, dude! UPDATE: now that I'm seeing his reply to my review 3 years later... ALL LIES! Just saying. The guy was rude from the moment I called and, again, it wasn't necessary. Creep. Just go check out this business' other reviews on the other 2 pages they have. They all state they spoke to a rude man!!

I used Phoenix towing service for the first time this morning and they were amazing! Every step of the way from calling to get a quote to ensuring I could even track the service from beginning to end. Ray was excellent as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this towing service to all my friends and family and if I ever need these services again they would be my first call! Thank you so much!!

Rude doesn't even begin to describe the owner of this company. Do yourself a favour and please read all the other 1 star reviews. He is extremely hostile.
Scheduled for vehicle to be towed at 5 pm. Was told they would be over no later than 11 pm. At 9 pm I get a call saying they can't make it, and get told to call the next day to schedule again. Called the next day and had the misfortune of getting the owner again. Told him I had a towing scheduled and was told to call again to reschedule since they couldn't make it. They don't seem to be very organized since the owner got confused why the other guy told me that. Was all downhill from there (again). The owner just continued to get increasingly unhinged. I ended up having to hang up because he was practically yelling at me at that point.
I'd like to point out that every employee I talked to was extremely pleasant and respectful.
I am sure the owner will now come and have a temper tantrum and try to twist the story. Like he has done with every other 1 star review. Dan, if you smell sh*t everywhere you go, maybe look under your shoe.

I just want to commend the young man who was persistent and knowledgeable in towing a locked car with a broken axal. He worked diligently in a difficult situation as the car kept trying to roll off the truck bed. A bystander came around twice to swear and tried to pick a fight with your worker. Saved my butt twice. First time was on I-10 going east bound around 99th Ave in the middle of the storm, other time was on 7th Ave coming off of I10 west. Both times my water pump failed. Drivers were courteous and the second tow the driver was there in less than 15 minutes.

I was broke down on the off ramp of the highway. I was told 1 hour. I called another company 2 hours later because i had NO conact from phoenix towing. I will NEVER cal them again nor would i recommend anyone to use this company.

Let me start by saying that pleased with the outcome of what was beginning to be one disastrous evening despite being broken down out of townmy driver was able to pick myself and friend up outside of Phoenix on the Black canyon highway in the middle of the morning about 3 am it was very pleasant and his tow truck was immaculate. He was a good conversationalist as well as I took my mind right off I just blew a tire doing 80 miles. Thank u Phoenix to ring and no it was a $300 till it was well worth it.

Experts from dispatch to finishing of administration. Had my car die on the interstate and these guys were awesome to deal with. The engine blew up and we all more or less knew it would mean my car was totaled and the way they handled it made it really seem like they were there to help. A couple weeks later when it came time to tow it from the mechanic to my house they were once again amazing work with. The guy even took the time to help me push it the rest of the way into my back yard through the gravel.

I needed a tow company to help my father who is wrestling with dimentia. After calling several other companies, who never returned my call, I found Phoenix Towing after a quick Google search. They not only answered, they were incredibly helpful. Further, they were able to pick up my father's truck and deliver it to the shop all within less than an hour of my original call. The rate was more than fair and their high level of customer service was greatly appreciated. I've stored their number in my phone, as they will be my first call in the future. Thanks!

While the guys who towed my vehicle were very friendly, the customer service/dispatch was terrible. I submitted the towing request through StateFarm.
It took me two call attempts each time in order to reach the dispatcher.
The first time, i called to correct the address where my vehicle was disabled, and felt slightly rushed by the dispatcher and not sure they understood my request. After waiting approx 15 minutes, I called and was interrupted angrily by the dispatcher who immediately said they had to dispatch another tow truck and that the new wait time was around 1:40p, then demanded why I called so much, even tho it was only the 2nd time I spoke to them (again, it took 2 attempts to reach them each time because the first call would always never get picked up and go straight to voice mail for some reason). The diapatcher continued saying they're extremely busy and to not call them anymore because if there was a problem they'd call me.
Seems reasonable to me that if the time has past the first ETA, many people would probably call to check in and see whats the status. I was baffled and upset that the dispatcher angrily spoke to me on the 2nd time, but I refrained from reciprocating and simply apologized "Oh okay. Sorry about that", and then he hung up on me.
I cant discredit the good work and kind rapport the actual tow service men gave me, so I give this business at least 3 stars. But I would've given 5 had the dispatcher not ruined a part of my day.

RC was fantastic!! We called him in an extremely emergency situation, and he was timely, very nice, friendly, and did everything to make sure my poor baby didn’t get banged up considering it didn’t have any wheels. He specifically too extra time to ensure quality service. And I will forever use this towing service in the future! Great price, great work. Super impressed! :)

An employee from this company just saved the lives of my husband and I. We were stuck on the interstate with no shoulder that we could get off on due to construction. He was on the way to another call but saw us and the terrible situation we were in. This good Samaritan stopped and towed us to the nearest exit so we could be safe. Any company who hires employees who are willing to take time out of their day to help someone out who is in danger is a company I will use and recommend from this day forward. We never got your name, but you are our hero. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

After showing up 45 minutes late and not having the needed dollies. I personally spoke to the driver to makes sure he had them. Driver showed up said he didn't have the dollies. Without another word he got in his truck and drove away.

My husband had been towed by this company and there was a misunderstanding regarding the tow rate. Instead of disregarding the mistake, they ensured the issue was corrected immediately.
