To be honest a lot of people get turned off by the receptionists’ attitude when you first call. I’m not going to lie I called and she gave us so much attitude, I wrote a whole review and waited to post it before I went to pick up our car and I’m kind of happy I did that.
When I got there the lady who gave me so much attitude was actually very helpful in person. I could kind of see why she was a bit rude on the phone because there is a massive line of people in front of her window/desk and from what I can see, she’s answering calls as well as organizing paperwork as well as releasing the vehicles. I get it she’s the receptionist and that’s her job but she’s doing a lot at that desk with no help it looks like! Maybe they should have another person strictly dedicated to the phone so customers don’t have to deal with frustration.

Best tow company I’ve ever worked with, my truck’s starter died at a gas station. Tow truck was there within 15 minutes. The spot I had to drop my truck was a very tricky one but the driver got it in no problem. If I have more problems I know who to call.

I called on a day which was the real first snow of the year. The dispatcher said at least 3 hour wait. In 3hours and 15 mins the driver was there. Guy was polite and even took me to the nearest bank machine after he dropped the car and my card payment didnt go through.

I had lost my electric Bike. The police had recovered it and had towed. Went to J A Towing with my release documents. Just paid the basic towing charge of 123$. Got my bike back almost immediately. Good response time! Thanks!

Anna was a true profession (owner). I recently received a stunt driving ticket and my vehicle was impounded by JA towings. I called them numerous times with questions and the receptionist was as friendly and accommodating as her lovely personality. When towing, the under shield underneath the engine bay broke and when showed to Anna, she immediately understood and offered to pay for any expenses that came along with fixing the problem. A true professional and an exceptional business owner. Thank You JA and most importantly thank you Anna for being a honest business women at times like this. Would recommend 10/10!!

I broke down during rush hour on a very busy street. JA Towing came to my aid very fast. The dispatcher kept me calm and was very polite. No hidden costs - and the driver was extremely nice. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

My car broke down on hwy 410 and steeles and its a new car, not sure what happened but i called the towing company and the first thing the girl asked me is if i was ok and in a safe spot. she said they where pretty busy but would move drivers around to get one to me quick. thank you to driver Mario he took me work and my car to the dealer . Great service.

Receptionist was AWESOME! Friendly and answered all questions. The Driver was AWESOME! Poor guy had a bit of trouble finding us because we do not have a number on our house. Do not choose this company.
The lady who talking on phone was very rude. No customer satisfaction and seems like very discrimination. I call them to tow my car to another address and by fault i gave them wrong house number, but I rechecked with the tow driver the correct address and told him to park the car at the right address but after i heard that they left car at the wrong address and when i was trying to call them and solve the miscommunication the same lady again behave so rude and again and again putting me on hold. I never met a person like that in my life. So rude, i even told them i will give you extra money but please tow my car at the right address but she kept putting me on hold. Horrible experience of my life.???????? if there is 0 stars option, i will definitely go with that.

I was driving on Queen Street in Brampton today and one of the tow trucks at first just sat at a green light. I honked and it finally drove. About 5 minutes later I was merging into the center lane and without a signal or warning the tow truck just swung over into the lane. Had I not backed off they would have taken out the front end of my car. I have the license plate number of the vehicle if someone that works there wants it. I am not sure if it was distracted driving or that they just didn't check their blind spot, either way they need to be more careful!

There lucky they could only get one star for the least. I booked them a day before and then no one showed up. Waste of time they just over look what you have to do and dont care. I even complemented them cuz it was so easy and then boom nvr showed up.i even called twice to make sure they took cash and still left is high and dry. So garbage and such a waste of time. Do not go with them cuz they can not be trusted. Name to big for what they can do lol waste

I am dissatisfied with the service especially as a first time user of a towing service . I was told that I would have assistance within three hours. I had to wait for five hours to get service.
That has impacted me financially as I am forced to keep my rental car for an extra day , as the mechanic got my car late , due to J A towing tardiness. The mechanic will not be able to meet his 24 hour deadline.

Shout out to the mechanic who came to my rescue.. I was told 35 to 55 mins arrival time and he showed up in 25 and had me going 15 mins later was very grateful as I had to pick up my daughter .. thank you again !

Awful service, I would give zero stars if it was possible.
One of our customers used this company to pick up their equipment from our yard and the driver from J.A Towing was rude and swearing at our employees when he was asked the normal questions we ask everyone.
We have documents that needed to be signed before he could pick up and he put down a fake name...the name I'm using for this review actually. Not really sure what his problem is. So childish!!!
On the door of his truck is #MIL 417, I'm assuming this is his truck number.
If he is sent again, I will have him removed from the property.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I've dealt with other towing companies in the past and expected a similar result when I was referred to JA towing.
Well let me tell you I was wrong, friendly people, showed true care for their customer, dispatch girl was really nice, kept things positive, the tow truck arrived in 15 mins as I was told and the driver, friendly and courteous.
I would definitely refer my friends and family to them and will use them again, If I need to... I'm hoping not but just in case I have their business card in my wallet????

Garbage service. Doesn't even deserve one star. Had my car towed, gave the exact address and name of the dealership and they towed it to the wrong address. After almost 15 minutes on the phone was told the driver would be there at 9 to get the car and bring it to the right place. Was almost 10. A complete waste of mine and my mechanics time. The woman over the phone had the nerve to tell me I wasn't the only person it had happened to this week and laugh about it. If I wasn't at work she would have got more than an earful from me. Disgusting doesn't even begin to describe my experience
