I had driven over something on the highway and it punctured my tire. I was in Kyle and had called roadside assistance. They had to dispatch the tow truck from Swift Current. He arrived quickly and got my tire changed and I was on my way. He was incredibly professional and was pleasant too!!! So glad we had a good experience!!

They were alright, lady on the phone was really nice, the guys driving the trucks seem to have a bit of an additude, lack of customer experience skills, they got the job done though pretty quick, said it would be 4 or 5 hours, but got there in 2.

If there was a zero star they would get it. If you are looking for a towing company in Swift Current DO NOT use this company. We called for a tow out in a remote area. The truck arrived and called us saying he would have to get permission to come down the road. We told him we were also almost out of gas. A half hour later he drove away. We tried calling him several times to see where he was going and just simply deleted the calls. I called dispatch and they only said our roadside assistance would help. They didn’t even offer to go get gas for us. We got ourselves out, but unfortunately my buddy had a mild heart attack. DO NOT use this company.

My wife and I are traveling from Ontario to BC. My truck died at the Husky gas station at around 8am this e morning of Wednesday June
102020. They came out right away and towed me to the GM dealer in swift current for a very good price. I would highly recommend this company. :)

Called up for a boost, roadside on the busy trans Canada. Driver had an issue with charger. He didn't waste 2 minutes trying to fix it before he called for a back up. Managed to resolve issue just as his coworker showed. Was up n running ASAP. Thx guys ????????

The driver showed up crisp and clean and knowing his job. Our trailer lost a wheel, and he used 2x4s and mechanics wire to make it safe for us to limp our trailer into town. On top of all that he came to check up on us at the campground after work! Thanks for looking after us!

they turned me down at 6pm saying they were tired. I told them if I don't get pulled out of the field now and it rains. I'm screwed. they told me to phone in the morning.. I did and they said it was to muddy to go out and couldn't help me. I had to get Ken Huck from medicine hat. they did a wonderful job.
