Everyone Be Careful. They are scamming people. They made you to pay for the online exam after you paid you won't be able to finish your online exam. I called them at least 7/8 time last few days to discuss about the issue that I paid for but I couldn't do finished my exam due to your map issue but every time after listened the full story they said he/she is not the right person to help me. So they passing this issue to the IT team. I paid for one exam but they took 2 times payment from my account. Also I was told I won't be able to get my refund. I added some screen shot from the vedio I took while I was trying complete the exam.

Do NOT pass your B1 test in this place if you intend to use it for the home office, because H.O. accepts only tests passed in specific test centres and this one is not one of them. I needed for both TFL & H.O. so I asked naively the receptionist of this centre whether it'd be valid for both, the answer was yes. At the I had to pay again & pass my test again, DO NOT ???? my mistake

My father waited over 15 months by applying through this company. Completed new application and spent more and more money directly with transport for London and praise that he is now driving by doing his own medical and more important his own application.
Save yourself your money time and effort. Avoid this joke of a company!

Don't waste your money on this company, the staff are rude and unprofessional. They call it "fast track service" yeah right!!! It took me 9 months to get my licence because of their piss poor service. They only want your money and nothing more. You're better off doing yourself via the TFL website and save over £250.

My partner has a test with them and was sitting outside with myself waiting and the building is closed shutters are down! No one is answering the phone since this morning! Even still trying to call now ... no cancellation message or call so don’t have a clue what’s going on! This is absolutely ridiculous service for the money that has been paid to them!

I attended today as an old HGV/ London Chauffeur of 30 years having driven all over the EU and UK.
Training by Safa,hope I have correct.
I thought I knew everything,guess what ,you don't.
Training was interesting and informative and looked at different things in a way I thought I knew but are approached in a different way now as things have changed and have moved on very quickly Highway Code,Road Traffic Act,they are not necessarily included but you have to be aware of them.
I paid for the Platinum Service and I can say that everything I need to do has been done in 1 day except for the Topographical Test (I have HGV CLASS 1 so am exempt medical).
I went straight to Post Office to process my Disclosure G documents etc.
I would absolutely recommend this service as you will be surprised as I was with the level of useful information that you never thought you needed. Paul.London

My husband came for a training A few weeks back and he had such a disgrace of a time there. He said the place is so messy, the men’s toilets are so unclean and there is piss all over the seat. A woman in particular of brown skin complexion was so rude, she wasn’t really interested in training the class and went on her phone. She wasn’t taking much notice to him he repeatedly asked for help and she was just not responding and rushed the training.
For crying out loud we pay for a service and they don’t even want to explain how to flag a question, where the home button is or anything.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place, listen to one star reviews there is better centres out there or go TO UBER.
My own father has had troubles with this place with medical declarations and they had a pretend doctor. The tall guy I think the owner Tries to keep you quiet ,
My husband did say there was a young bangladesh brother and sister who is nice

I would highly recommend, the office is quick to respond plus fully professional at what they are doing.
I was helped by one of their team named Safaa and he helped me to a point where I was fully confident of doing the topographic test. (Training course+submission to TfL)

I paid for the full package to this people about a year ago. They boast about speeding up your application and taking care of all the paper work so that you can rest assure. It's been a nightmare!! Always a problems to get hold of them over the phone. And most of the paper work I've had to Do it Myself!!! So where's the service i paid for?? Once they collect the money they adapt this arrongant attitude when you finally reach them. On top of it I've had a letter from TFL directly telling me that my application has been withdrawn because they have not received the relevant documents!! I called this people 1 month ago about the first letter! And this arrogant guy said he would send them now (something they should have done 6 months ago!!!) So I've been waiting for nearly 7 months now for my application to be withdrawn just because this guy did not send my details when asked to. Now I'm gona have to finish this myself and i highly doubt they will refund anything due to the inconvenience and waste of time!!

Shanisha was very helpful and professional with her training skills she engaged with every individual in the room in a matter of seconds, explained everything 100% with nothing missed out. Always had a genuine smile on her face throughout the day and happily answered any repeated questions by the trainees. Keep up the excellent work :) There was another female at the start that was extremely helpful too but I cant remember her name but she was excellent and very polite, energetic and supportive to everyone.
Hopefully my application doesnt take too long to process, the LPLC is a very professional company and very well organised with excellent facilities and parking was available too. Thank you

I would SERIOUSLY consider listening to the ONE star reviews. Go here and you will be waiting 1-2 years for a licence that they cannot do anything about, no courtesy refund for sham advertising instead picks on certain words within advertising why go somewhere to be submitted to Tfl within 3-6 weeks instead of applying online myself within 1 day. So what they saying is they can send your application in 3-6 weeks from your appointment???????????!!! Guys you pay 487 for this. Your advertising makes absolutely no sense and if only everyone would be smart to see so. Quick to pass the blame onto a GP they had working their but cannot answer for any actual responsibility. Child like answers when pressed for information. Who authorises and regulates these people.... honestly take your precious time and money apply elsewhere, better yet apply online and leave these frauds to suffer.

Being a keen researcher, I did some background checks on this company. Although there were some suspect bad reviews I gave them a try.
If you're like me and take reviews seriously, you'll know that there are a lot of fraudulent reviews placed unfairly by competition. Google should address this!
However, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the booking of my appointment to receiving topographical training AND passing my B1 English exam!

To me the training was not up to the mark.the reasons are
as I have done most of the training at home regarding page references grid square compass direction post codes and general topographic also done some practice of route planning.As you mentioned that you follow exact the same pattern of exam in training but 1) the tutor was moving so fast while giving training that even though I have done home training I was finding it difficult to find the questions she was asking
2) and for route planning specially I was there and looking for.they gave training on Google maps which I was not expecting as mentioned on website that you follow the same pattern of exam.So overall it is 2star performance and if anybody is totally new is zero star performance

On phone told parking available but its not. Advised to park in Tesco where its only 2hrs free.
Did my mock test 2 weeks ago. Main test in couple of days but still haven't received results. GREAT
Only 1 training paper that is used each time so if u need more training; you are working on same paper u know answers of. Plus u dont get training for long route as not enough time.
This should be stated in advance; not on the day when someone has travelled distance

I have all the calls recorded of them just trying to get rid of me on the phone. It took them 3 months to just give me a call back to tell me to send my letter of exempt to DVLA but DVLA said i took too long and have restart the application again. And they made for everything again thats why its the worse company

Great friendly staff, happy to help and very patient with people who have difficulty understanding basics. They deal with most of your application so less headache for the applicant. So many bad reviews on here. Im sure the process only gets delayed if there are problems with your application.
