Can’t say enough about this company. Got in an accident New Year’s Eve. The only that went right that day was this company. Made me feel safe, took over the whole scene and was caring and concerned to the end. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had to wait a bit, but that was due to them finding the appropriate tow truck for my car. They really take care in the work they do, they're professional, and the price was the cheapest in the city. Would definitely recommend again.

Would not call them again. Nice at first, but not very professional and got extremely rude (calling me multiple times and accusing me of lying) when I was delayed because of an error in my maps. Also asked me to pay with cash and didn’t give me a receipt. My car is fine, but will definitely look for someone more professional next time.

Do NOT use this company if you want your vehicle towed safely!! I called this service Monday eve and was sent Ali. He had us maneuver our car forward and back over a dozen times to get centred on his equipment! He struggled with his equipment to the point that we knew he did not know what he was doing. He asked us if we had a piece of wood or something metal... at this point he spotted a large boulder in the lot and used it to try to raise our car for whatever reason ... to try to stabilize the car... he ended up breaking the mud flap on our car.
He swore at me as soon as I asked him to remove his equipment from my vehicle so that I could call a professional! After he damaged our car!
He was rude and acted as if he was drunk or high... I would NEVER recommend this company!
BEWARE of cheap towing services- you get what you pay for!
