Our driver, Javier, was awesome. Busy day for tow trucks yesterday and we were in the middle of nowhere, once he got to us, he was quick to get the car hooked up, got us in the truck cab to cool off and get us safely off the highway, offered water and generally handled the call professionally, with a friendly demeanor. Fun conversation and a service call at the gas station on our way to Quartzsite allowed for a leg stretch and potty break which was very welcomed. After a stressful wreck , Javier was a great driver to get ???? please say thanks so much Javier for us!

Our 40 foot motorhome has electrical problems and would not start . A diagnostic revealed a possible ECM failure. The closest Cummins dealer from Quartzsite is in Phoenix. Needless to say, this is a very taxing time to experience a major breakdown with unknown expenses.
A big, bright and shiny heavy duty tow truck appeared. The driver is Dave Davis. A big guy that looks like a bouncer from a Hollywood movie. Despite the stress of the breakdown and cost involved,
Dave surprised me with his cool, calm, polite character. He calmly explained the entire procedure and was sympathetic to our situation. He completely defused my upset attitude after talking to him as he calmly continued to set up the huge motorhome while cracking jokes.
His attitude helped with my on edge feelings at our situation. By the time we arrived in Phoenix, I was calm and even my wife mentioned that fact.
Dave did everything right with our transport. I am delighted to have such a great experience because of Dave's courteous and professional mannerism.
Dave our driver needs recognition for his excellent service. What a great asset to this company. THANK YOU DAVE!!

After I requested a tow from AAA, A Toe Truck called me RIGHT away. She (can’t remember her name) explained our options and possibilities very clearly. Gustavo showed up as promised. He did everything by the book. We felt very safe and well taken-care of. He was such a professional, but also friendly. It’s was a bad situation, but an awesome experience. I would HIGHLY recommend A Toe Truck. They saved the day when Blythe Freeway Towing refused us after arriving on site. Gustavo arrived in 40 minutes and towed us 156 miles without incident. Thank you so much!

On Monday January 11, 2021 I experienced a blow out on my travel trailer. The tires on travel trailers are commonly known as "China Bombs" in the RV community. Unfortunately I did not have the proper tools to effect the tire change myself. Fortunately I have AAA. Shortly after submitting my request I was contacted by phone by Shane. He explained that he was a few miles out and would be there soon. I was on the side of US95 South of Needles. The area I was in was a very narrow shoulder on the side of the two lane roadway. Shane arrived and went straight to work. I had already "farkled" the lug nuts making his job tougher. He was able to overcome the problems I caused and completed the task. He then set me up with a tire connection in Needles.
I enjoy doing business with locals, however I don't usually travel 600 miles to meet new people. It was truly my pleasure and good fortune to meet Shane that day. He is a true asset to your company.

My experience with this company was five star all the way!
as soon as I got a hold of the people at AAA I received a phone call from Giovanni the lady the office to let me know the tow truck had been dispatched for me. She was totally professional and a total sweetheart, and put me at ease knowing that somebody was on their way.
When the driver showed up he immediately blocked my truck from the traffic lane and got to work trying to change my tire.
Once we discovered my spare was no good he didn't even hesitate, like a true professional he started making arrangements to have my truck towed back to my home.
He could not have represented the towing company in a better way very, very professional, very courteous, and delivered exactly what I needed.
I would go out of my way to use this company again.

I was on my way to California when my tire completely came off I originally asked to be taken to a near by shop because I thought it was a quick fix. This tow truck company showed up fast and was extremely helpful I changed my mind and asked to be towed home they were short handed but still helped me find a way to get my car home and they drove it halfway to meet another tow truck. The driver was extremely kind and kept me updated on where my car was because I had a bunch of stuff in it for 2 baby showers. He kept me in the loop on everything and offered me and my little niece water such nice people here. Thank you so much for all your help ????????

I was.travelling, towing my 10K# travel trailer with my ford F250 super duty. Oh and SxS loaded in the bed. Lost a wheel from my trailer .... sheared lug studs (torque those lug nuts people!!). Bottom line, the most prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, safe provider I have ever worked with. Meticulously loaded my entire rig, truck amd all, on to a flatbed and delivered it safely and efficiently to a shop in no time.

The customer service here is impeccable. A young lady named Giovanni helped me and she literally spent over an hour on the phone with me and my AAA trying to get me the best self possible. he have towed a motorcycle for me and my husband before and we are hiring them again it took very good care of us. We were stuck 30 miles from the nearest town in 117 degree heat. Robert the tow truck driver, arrived fairly quickly considering how far he had to travel. He was friendly, helpful, and had ice cold water for us. He went above and beyond to help us in our situation, and to make sure we were ok and to get us to a safe place.

I had gotten my camper van stuck in sand near Ehrenburg Az. After about 3 hours of digging underneath and trying some rubber mats for traction I decided to call it a day. Called A Toe Truck next morning. I thought I needed a 4x4 rescue but the driver knew the area Andy pulled me out with the flat bed. I was worried but he knew his business. He was friendly and professional and made sure I was on hard pack once again. The lady in the office straightened out the price quote and all was well. Thanks again to the driver! I would call them again if needed.

On our trip from San Diego to Phoenix, I had car problems in a small town, on a Sunday. No AAA auto repair and no car rental for miles. AAA could tow to the nearest approved repair, but could not transport passengers. It was around 115 degrees and we were stranded and stressed. A Toe Truck got there earlier than expected, agreed to take us, and the car, 146 miles to AAA approved repair, help us get a hotel, and arrange a rental car. Our driver, Javier, was pleasant, fun, and got us thru a harrowing sand storm

A Toe Truck Was originally called for a tow. Due to circumstances I won’t go into, I was not able to be towed. The driver took a look at my car and was able to do a quick fix so I could get home. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him!!!

David was super disrespectful when we were there. It took us an hour and a half just to be able to clean out our car. Kept trying to say the car wasn’t ours. Charged us almost 2 hours for a 15 minute drive. They definitely need to be retrained because their customer service care was the worst. Would not recommend using them.

We are locals. While practing for my sons driving test, he popped a tire on the I-40. This left us stranded side of the freeway in 124 degree weather. We had no water with us because we planned on only being on the road 30 minutes. The orginal tow company said it would be an hour. 45 minutes into the wait we were told it would be 4-5hours. AAA called this company. They came with in 10 minutes. The drivers name was Shane. He pulled up like a champ. Water in hand and A/C!!! We ended up needing a tow. He ended up being able to help out with that as well. I went from the worst experience to having so much fun I forgot how bad my day just. Thank you Shane!

My tow truck driver was Awesome????. I went 4×4 in my 2011 Kia soul+ & ended up getting stuck in deep sand w/out my trusty shovel. Was looking like I might need 4×4 rescue [$200.00 hr cash = $500.00 min.] which I didnt have on me, but he didnt give up & used every bit of his ????Skills & equipment that just barely reached my PuNkIn . This is a very professional company... it has been a pleasure working with Dana, Rich, and Jerry ... ????all of these men went beyond my expectations. I needed a tuff shed ( 8x12 ) moved to my new home and these Men knew exactly what they were doing... so professional all 3 of them, it was great seeing the team work among them...These men worked very hard and still had a smile ???? !
