Lisa, Karen and staff are my "Go-to" Flower Girls! They are nothing short of Amazing! I can call them up and let them know what the occasion is and how much I want to spend and leave it up to them completely! However, I have also been quite specific at times and told them exactly what I want created from bouquets to button holes. Not only do they create exactly what you ask for, they add their own artistic flare and style. They are friendly people to deal with and have a great sense of humour too. My kind of people. Spondon Florists made the floral tributes for my husband's funeral and they were beautiful!
A representative from the shop at Allenton came to my house for us to choose our flowers and was helpful and sympathetic. She also gave us advice which flowers to choose and also which words we wanted on the cards, really helpful at such an upsetting time.
We were so pleased with the flowers, they were absolutely beautiful and just what we had requested! Thank you so much.

Just had a bouquet delivered to my grandmother, first off she was in tears at how perfect it was , secondly when i went into the shop the service i received was beyond what i expected , friendly and helpful staff they made me feel at ease as i know nothing about flowers or what my grandmother would like , they helped me pick the colours and the flowers. We ordered a bouquet over the phone, for the funeral of our friend's father. The bouquet looked very nice and arrived on time.
HOWEVER, the bouquet was not at all what we asked for. We talked to an unpleasant lady on the phone, who made it seem like she wished she could be anything other than helping us. We asked for specific flowers and colors, she agreed - but the picture our friend sent us of the bouquet was completely different. We think she just picked a ready-made bouquet off the shelf, thinking we would never find out.

So after trying to order online, I decided after it failed to order a bouquet direct.
Instructed them what I’d looked at but to make a bunch up for £30 , and paid £6 delivery on top.
This is what came....
A poor effort for £30 and came in a traditional wrapping, basically a bouquet off the shelf so to speak.
I spoke and rang the store about my thoughts and was assured this was a bunch made up specifically for me and had the value of flowers for £30.

Someone else not happy with the attitude of staff. Think the owner may want to look at new management or send the current one on a customer care course. Being felt like I didn't matter as a customer and implied that I gave the wrong delivery instructions when I think I know what I said. I won't use this florist again.

Driver VERY rude to my 82 year old mother on her Birthday,
he reduced her to tears !!
Lisa, the shop manager, had a could care less attitude too,
what an abysmal way to treat your customers, shameful !!
Will NEVER shop here again and would advise everyone else to avoid
