Website was really easy to use and navigate. Booked an appointment in minutes, the " We buy any car " location was convenient as it is less than 10 minutes away. The Watford team were really friendly, polite and professional. They dealt with everything, I was very happy with the price I was offered. I would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely appalling customer service, there are much better alternatives out there for selling your car including ones which will come to your doorstep to collect - and they will offer you better money than these guys. I went to this Watford Asda branch recently and the guy there was very rude, discourteous and kept me waiting for no reason. He was busy on the phone at first with his feet up on the table and then preferred to prioritise a female customer over me, even when I was there before that other customer. Avoid...!

Good overall but could be better. There was no one outside the office building in Welwyn Garden City where I was meant to drop the car off. No one answered the buzzer and I just happened to bump into the right person as they emerged to talk to a customer. The manager was fine and helpful. There was a negotiation which we settled. I would ask that the company not provide three different quotes for the same car. Having entered detailed information about it at one point, it then completely left all of that information out and generated a new quote.

Online quote is meaning less. Watford branch appears to be run by muppets. You arrange an appointment only for the person there to have no idea you are arriving. He asks you to wait in you car and he will serve you shortly. In the mean time other people arrive and my MUPPET appears to have forgotten you are there. You remind him you have been waiting he then asks you to wait longer. Drove away in the end.
In addition to this he say DO NOT USED THE ONLINE booking system. Not sure why maybe its because the fact he is accountable when on online booking is ignored as it was in mine and other cases. Very poor customer service. As a business owner I would instantly fire employees with such poor customer service. Tempted to sell the car on Ebay and may still do this as I thought We buy any car was supposed to be good. Not so sure now

Obviously you don't get the best price for you car but you don't have to deal with time wasters and
insurance worries with people wanting a test drive. They are very well organised and make it a painless experience, even dealing with dvla notification and refund of car tax. Well worth considering as an option when selling your car.

Jamil was really helpful when selling my car. I had an issue with the car meaning I couldn’t get it to the branch on time. He gave advice as to what I could do to fix it and said that he would be there until 4pm if I managed to get the car going. By the time I got there, it was just before 4pm when he was due to leave. Instead, he stayed an extra 30 minutes and went through everything with me, and gave me a good price for my car. So easy and convenient and I would highly recommend using his service! Thank you Jamil!

Only giving one star as it was the lowest I could do to give a review, worst experience ever.
When I arrived Mohammad was on his mobile phone, his body language was a person who hates his job. He asked me for my number plate as he didn’t didn’t know I was coming!
He Asked my for my keys got in my car, didn’t Make any effort to speak to me like any Normal person would.
Did all his checks ( again didn’t make any effort to speak to me) then turned round And said sign here.
Even if I got market price will not take my car there to do business.
Terrible served, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I saw Jamil at the Watford branch when selling my car. He was very professional and helpful. I find webuyanycar's policy of knocking £100s off for very minor defects, a little extreme. It's like they want a brand new showroom car for the price of a used one. Having said that, the experience was very easy, and the price I got was fair! Jamil explained everything well throughout the process, and I walked away happy. Webuyanycar should be happy also! They got a great car! I hope Jamil gets a good commisson on the sell-on profit!
