This was the first time I used Flowerbox and definitely not the last, in fact if I ever need to order flowers from now on, it will be from Flowerbox. My wife was blown away with them. I have brought her bouquets in the past but she says this was the best one ever. In fact all her work colleagues said the same and how lovely they were. I was so pleased when she got home and showed me. The selection of flowers were perfect and it seems Flowerbox managed to squeeze in every white and yellow flower that exists!! Perfectly arranged and all this was done at a very reasonable price, exceptional value for money. I will recommend Flowerbox to everyone from now. Thank you Flowerbox for making my wife's birthday a very special one

Excellent service and fantastic bouquet of flowers. I turned up at the Flower Box out of the blue to try and get some flowers sent to my good lady and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Although transactions are normally done over the phone or online, Flower Box allowed me to place my order in person. The order was fulfilled and delivered the next day and was an excellent surprise. The flowers are fresh and extremely well presented in a lovely display box. I’m now in the good books for some time to come. I’m so glad I decided to try Flower Box out. They’re a local business and I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
17/03/21: Just had another bouquet delivered. My lady loves them. Despite me mucking up the date, Flowerbox sorted it out. Great service and great flowers.

Im from london and my grandmother lives in leicester, we wanted to send her flowers and i found this company in google search and so i ordered. and WOOWWWW am i impressed with the service. i ordered before 10am on 15th for it to be delivered on the 15th and it was and they sent me an email to tell me it was delivered. I was so happy and the flowers were beautifully arranged???????? i would definitely recommend this place. very satisfied with the service thank you ????

My wife and I have in-laws who live in adjacent area (Syston) to Flowerbox whilst we live on Leics/Derbyshire border. We wanted to arrange flowers to be sent following a close relative death they had couple of days back, and found this florists' details- one of several in that area- from Yell.com. Telephoned Friday p.m. spoke to a very friendly lady who was efficient, and helpful in explaining what flowers / arrangements were best for a bereavement circumstance such as this, we made a payment over the telephone, an e-mailed receipt was sent promptly. We had a telephone call on the next day from our in-laws, to say a 'big' thank you for the beautiful flowers and thoughts to them at this sad time. Praise where praise is due, and we can only give a hearty recommendation to Flowerbox for such friendliness, and excellent service at this time. Thank you so much.

I bought a poesy of golds, lemons and creams for a family funeral on behalf of my daughter and granddaughter to signify a circle of sunshine. The flowers were, fresh and bright and expertly arranged into a dome. Although it was a tight turnaround to deliver this tribute to the funeral director; Flowerbox did not let us down.
I also bought a wreath and a sheaf for the same occasion. The wreath was a circle of white flowers with a cluster of peach roses. The skill in creating this floral tribute was superb. Everyone in the congregation commented upon how beautiful it was. Tasteful but acknowledging the solemnity of the circumstance yet recognising that it was a summer funeral.
The sheaf we chose because it had the feel of a field of flowers or going for a walk in the countryside. The choice Flowerbox presents their customers is the best I've seen and I did a lot of searching. They contacted me to make sure I understood what I was buying which I appreciated.
The flowers were stunning and the service was excellent in every respect. I will always use Flowerbox in the future.
