I spoke to Jennie in the office to book an appointment and she was very helpful and happy to help. Carl the engineer arrived on time and was very helpful and professional. I found the overall service really good and I will make sure to keep them in mind for any other repairs. They are reasonably priced too. Thank you Jennie and Carl .

I rang the office on Monday & was offered an appointment for the Wednesday (under current Covid-19 conditions). I had a call from Carl the engineer early on Wednesday to say he would arrive between 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. and Carl arrived at approx 1:15 p.m. He complied with the conditions by wearing a mask & gloves. He was very pleasant & thoroughly professional & left after ensuring that the machine was in perfect working order. 5 ***** to Carl & Jennie for being so efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! Our oven broke and I found the reviews of AWS on google and decided to try them. I was called by the friendly agent Jennie and booked in for a visit within 3 days. The engineer Carl T was prompt and on time and operated in a COVID safe manor with mask and gloves on. He was really nice, I actually enjoyed having a conversation with him and I could tell he knew what he was doing - He fixed the issue within a short time! I would 100% recommend. Don’t be worried about No caller ID, it because they are operating from home because of covid, and you receive an invoice when you pay, that will all come to you via email. £66 for the service plus a fee for the part. Happy to have our oven back

My washing machine is 12 years old so I thought to myself I should probably just replace it rather than waste the money on an engineer call out only to be told the repair would be as expensive as a replacement. However, on reading a positive mention for this company on the Nextdoor app i decided to give them a try. Carl arrived on time, was incredibly polite and professional and quickly identified the issue. To my surprise it was a water leak onto the motor that he could fix there and then and then and required no new parts at all. Rather than then shoot straight off he waited around to test the machine properly whilst operating then double checked it when it was back in position. I’m so glad i called this company, for less than £70 I’ve saved myself the cost of a new machine. Carl is an absolute star and I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending his services.
