We are regular visitors to lush and love all their products and the values that the store stands for, so when our daughter discovered lush did birthday parties she was over the moon and wanted nothing more than to have her 9th birthday at lush. The staff were amazing in organising it and coming up with activities for the kids to do and they all left with huge smiles on their faces, as well as the bath bombs that they made, as well as a gift from the store. All in all, the kids had an absolute blast and so much so that my youngest has now decided that he wants his 8th birthday at a lush as well.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for such amazing service whilst shopping in this store.
The two women working were both extremely helpful and so attentive, I believe it was Amber and Rosiemay. Their kindness really made my day and so I wanted to return the favour and say thank you, and make sure they get the recognition they deserve from Lush - they made a very anxious post-lockdown girl feel really appreciated!

Every time I visit the store, the staff are amazing and where I’m a regular they always know exactly what I want and always go the extra mile. Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars ✨ I would, every member of staff is always kind towards me and even today alone I got a pass it forward sleepy bath bomb because of a rough day. I can’t praise these ladies enough, they’re the pride of lush as far as I’m concerned and these ladies deserve a raise for amazing customer service.
I keep going back because of the amazing atmosphere and fantastic service!

Very rude lady who looks like Dita Von Teese but a version that has had a very hard and troubled life. I went in today to buy 2 fresh face masks one for myself and one for my friend. I picked them up and opened the one that I wanted and have used many times before only to be shouted at from across the other side of the shop floor from the rather tired looking Dita Von teese. However the young blonde girl that served me was very sweet and helpful and a true pleasure I just wish I had got her name as she was so lovely. Maybe the cheap Dita Von teese lookalike could take a leaf or two out of her book!!!!

Today I experienced an act of kindness and generosity by a lovely young lady in Lush Tunbridge Wells. I asked for some help choosing a bath bomb that may have essential oils (or something else) to help with anxiety and poor sleep for someone close to me and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, sadly I didn't catch her name but her kind words and acts will stay with me, thank you xxx

Lush is a feast for the olfactory senses, as you walk through the door you are assailed by many and varied scents. I can really recommend dragons egg bath bombs , absolutely lush.

I always avoided this shop due to its overbearing smells. However will def go more often now. The smells are toned down, the products gender neutral - if you like it wear it, ethically produced and support local charities. Prices reasonable, mid range I'd say. Staff were super helpful when I went and when I returned on another occasion with my teen son.

Lovely store and products - but the staff here are far too over the top! Very friendly and polite - but you are pounced on as sol as you walk in! No chance to browse on your own! They are obviousky told to do this and made to be 'high energy' - there are worse things...but sometimes you just want to be left in peace.

Lush is well, lush. It smells like a scent explosion but then that's what it sells, lush sells smells in different forms, from soaps to creams via bath bombs. It is excellent for not testing on animals & using minimum packaging. They also do parties apparently, I imagine great for a boys 16th. May I also point out the staff are all incredibly lovely, one could almost say "Lush" ????
