I called Dawson and left a recorded message. My call was returned that day and an appoint maid. The day of the appointment I was called by an engineer to give me an exact time and they arrived 30 minutes later. Two extremely polite guys tested my installation and offered me a solution. All done within the callout fee plus one part plus VAT. Left in clean and tidy condition. These people are a pleasure to do business with and to have in my home. Thank you.
