I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Our vehicle died on I-5 in the middle of a recent rain storm. We were luckily able to pull off to the shoulder, but worried about being hit because of the poor visibility.
You guys were the first search result on Google, and answered right away. Not only were the in-town rates better than your competitors, but the service was fast and professional and arrived in less than an hour.
I even used you guys again for moving the vehicle to a repair shop, and experienced the same excellent customer service the very next day.
With service like this, I would recommend your company to anyone looking for tow services in the Stockton area. Great job!

DO NOT USE THIS TOW TRUCK COMPANY!!!!
I called them when my car broke down on the side of the freeway. It took them 50 minutes to get to me which was understandable (I guess) The guy they sent out to us on the side of the freeway refused to drive the car up the truck ramp. I plan on calling the supervisor and requesting their policy as that could have been a safety hazard if my husband was to fall off the ramp/truck on the side of the freeway. (I have video proof) He told my husband to do it again when we arrived at the auto shop. The tow truck driver said that he could do it again (I have video of my husband walking up the ramp and bringing the car down)
My thing is why am I paying $145 to do someone's job for services I requested and have to pay for if we have to do the work. The driver did nothing other then secure the car on the truck and drive ot to thw location.. I am very disappointed with City Wide Towing. I will not be using them and will be calling to speak to someone tomorrow.

I had a flat. I went down the Google list of local tow trucks. The ones that answered all said it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Got to City Wide and they had truck to me in 30 minutes. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Deanna was my driver. She was fast, professional, and friendly. City Wide Towing should be at the top of the Google list.

Called about something I received in the mail after selling my car and the agent that answered was the rudest person I have ever spoken to nasty attitude and didn’t want to do anything to help or let me ask questions every time I would ask a question he would rudely answer and then hung up on me TWICE. My wife got into an accident. Quick response and was very helpful even when we changed pick up and drop off location multiple times. Put us at ease after a tense situation. The driver was friendly and efficient. Hopefully we wont need to, but if so we will be using them again.

We called to have our car towed and they were extremely rude! We called to verify to see if he was still coming and he said he called us 45 mins ago when we got no phone call of verification. He also stated he had cancelled the towing and if we wanted to argue about the services he can argue back!!!! TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE!

My car was stolen. When i got to the tow yard to pick it up after CHP recovered it, it was missing -headlights -K&N intake -radio -battery -the entire exhaust system (manifold, cat, muffler, tailpipe). The CHP report says at 10:00pm the officer stopped the car because the liscense plate didn't match the vehicle. So....the car was cruising down the road with no battery? No exhaust? Headlights? Ya, right. Citywide is a bunch of thieves. Also, I was unable to get my car for three days because citywide office was closed for 3day holiday weekend. They charged holding fees for all three of those days as well as the day it was towed...which was likely around 11:30 pm.

Long story short....
Had a service appointment to be at by 8am.
Driver showed up at 7:50am.
Blamed dispatch for not telling him.
Dispatch acted like they could give a rat's ass about my situation but did give me a 10 dollar discount even though I lost 2 hours of work that highly exceeds their discount.
Payed with my credit card.
1 day later my credit card account was compromised for over $1000.
Informed "management".
Once again, dispatch acted like they could give a rat's ass about my situation.
Never again.
