The only criticism is that (in my opinion) the stock could do with more rotation.

Took back my smok mod. Despite loosing my receipt they exchanged the mod without any fuss, couldn't of been more helpful, great selection of oils, always friendly service, they don't rush you and let you try as many products as you like, couldn't ask for better. Giftworks is an outstanding shop full of exciting products but their vaping products are wide in terms of variety of mods as well as juices. I was interested in the just released Kangertech Nebox and within 48 hours it was in store for purchasing. Their outstanding attentive personal touch for providing a product they did not originally stock and to then hunt it down for me has blown me away! Come to see these guys if you want quality products as well as fantastic customer service! 1000% customer satisfaction

Having purchased a mod from giftworks I was over the moon with it. After a good few months It unfortunately stopped working.
I went back to the store and explained the situation. It was well past the warranty date but Zaina went above and beyond. She helped find a solution to my problem and arranged something as I needed my vape asap. Would recommend to all my family, friends and fellow vapers. Thanks!

Giftworks is one of my favourite shops to visit even if I'm not buying anything because of the friendly staff, there customer service is amazing and have never had any problems, all there products are of very high quality so there is never anything to complain about and I would definitely recommend going there for what you need and also if they don't have a product that you want they will order it for you straight away and at a great price which is perfect if you cannot find an item, definitely a shop worth visiting!

Extremely disappointed on the returns advice/help. I have retained a receipt of purchase within the last 20 days and I have effectively been shown the door. I purchased and Smok Alien 220watt battery with and TV8 tank I believe and liquids,chargers etc. In 3 weeks I have spent £200 at this store. The battery has broken on the Smok Alien 220watt mod and I have been blamed of "overtightening". Now I followed the instructions to the letter and I have vapid before, never in my life has this happened. I am incredibly shocked as initially the young lad who served me when I first brought the tank, he was knowledgeable, confident and could offer me advice for what I should go for. I am now £200 down with nothing to show for it and no help or even exchange offered. Especially considering the price of the mod was £59.99 on the Smok website it is almost half. I intend to bring this to and Swift resolution and I had hoped to use this shop for all my vaping needs. Clearly not meant to be.
