Davis Janis: a Good Samaritan in my time of need!
This employee had shortly gotten out of his workday & was heading home... still in O’Hare uniform from his laborious workday...
I had just gone through a green light & was hit head-on by a young driver from oncoming traffic trying to make a left turn - clearly poor timing & lack of obeying right of way!!!
My airbag deployed, my front end was gone & my car was in the middle of the 4 way intersection at 6:45 PM on a busy Thursday evening. I was completely disoriented & confused. After I got out of my car, I noticed two cars voluntarily “blocked” my car in to ensure I would not be hit by any further vehicles.
This man in a white vehicle & an O’Hare uniform was directing traffic to ensure that everyone stopped. As we all waited for the police & ambulance to come, Dave helped me gather my focus to the next steps needed, as I was clearly shaken & confused. He helped me with my license & insurance. Dave talked me through the next steps of what would happen. He offered to speak with officers to inform them of the situation.
I am forever grateful for his selfless actions!!!

They refused to give me a ride to same spot van was being towed .because of covid .Had to wait another hr in the cold for a ride from my family in park ridge . Took over an hr to come from time I called for a tow . Dispatcher lied and said I could have a ride. I will never use this company ever again This was in January 2021 when it was really cold outside

From the dispatcher who was so patient and helpful to the driver (Larry from Melrose Park), who came to my aid within 20 minutes of my call, O'Hare Towing exceeded my expectations. Larry even made a return trip to the dealership when I accidentally left my keys in the truck. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend this company.

Needed my car towed due to a flat. They arrived promptly (technically 15 mins early), and loaded the car on to the truck bed very quickly and with no issues. Got it to where I had to go and unloaded it with care. Very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle so as to not damage anything. Great work!

Our bus was stranded on the highway within the city limits of Chicago, several tow truck were unable to perform the job because they did not have adequate equipment. O'Hare Towing arrived with a big rig capable of the task. The driver was patient, diligent and professional from the time of his arrival and later dropping and placing the vehicle at its ultimate destination. I would certainly recommend this company for their proficiency, professionalism and promptness.

Anthony was awesome. He didn't try to rush to leave. When my car died after he took off the jumper, he went right back to putting them on the battery. Then waited til it charged for a bit. The worst experience every. Everyone in the front office was inconsiderate, rude, and dishonest. I call o'hare at 7am on Monday morning to make sure I had everything I needed to pick my vehicle up. Well the gentleman I spoke to said one thing then when I arrived some last made me get a boll of sales to release my ca . Theres no reason for o'hare to have my personal information like San number the price of my vehicle and my loan terms. Your a tow service very racist people here all of the .

Had an air bag spring a leak on a semi trailer. Dispatch contacted O'Hare towing to come see what they could do. Drake showed up and assessed the situation and called his company for directions on how to proceed. It was decided to drive the trailer to the O'Hare shop in Downer's Grove for repairs. The air bag removal fought them the whole way but they worked together and got the problem taken care of. Even the boss man was out there under the trailer and getting just as dirty as the other guys! Well Done Ohare!

Lincoln, the tow truck technician, delivered awesome service in the middle of the night. Was courteous, fast and professional! He was extremely careful with my new tesla s and treated it as I would. Would definitely use O'Hare towing again if I was in need of emergency roadside assistance and would certainly request Lincoln if I had the option.

Driver was outstanding. He made sure my wife and 3 month old were safe and not taken advantage of at the dealership he had to tow my car to. My wife said had he not waited and expressed his concerns, she would not have had our car fixed right away. Because of his kindness, my wife and 3 month old were able to drive home in our vehicle same morning.

Dennis came all the way up to Northern Michigan from Chicago to pick up a loaner Tesla. I was actually stuck at my cabin and locked out of the vehicle for over one day and he was so kind he actually offered his sandwich. He took his time and explain the unique way to strap onto and tow a Tesla and was extremely thorough yet efficient.

Great Service. Paul arrived sooner than expected. I was unable to shift gears to start the car. Paul worked to temporarily repair the gear shift and allow me to start the car and drive to my repair shop. Paul waited until he was sure that my car was safely driving before leaving. Paul was friendly, professional and knowledgeable
