I visited the Jelly Rolls sale shop today. I wasn't offerererd the 10% discount that everyone else is entitled to because I was exchanging shoes that come very small and didn't fit my daughter. I should have been treated like every other customer. Unfortunately, I wasn't t because they've already got ny money.

All the reviews hating on this place, are just mad that they don't actually have any of the store here. I love this store, took my child it's amazing. Purchased an Armani tracksuit and Hugo Boss Bag, Armani leather hat. The woman at the till even said she liked the hat, staff are very friendly and kind. Also very honest.

Appalling returns policy. I purchased a pair of kids shoes only to return them a day latter as I had found them much cheaper elsewhere. I could only receive a credit note that was only valid for three months. Expensive designer clothing is not something everyone purchases on a weekly or monthly basis. The credit not expired and so in affect Jellyrolls kept my money leaving me with no items or money. Very evil way of doing business. Better going to much larger chains like House of Fraser with a superior returns policy and a good understanding of customers.
