Absolute gem of a place for fish and chips. Their cod fish is super soft and fluffy, the batter is crispy and freshly fried, and their chips are fresh and good. The chicken was okay, not as great as the fish but still not bad; tastes a little like Jolibee.

Was here a year ago. Thought the rating it had wasn't worth it. The fish was underwhelming, the chips were about as boring as could be. I thought London had better fish and chips, but it turns out that's only true if you like tasteless food.

Even if I had to eat my fish and chips one hour later, the quality of them, were perfect. Great taste and friendly staff! It is a little bit expensive but definitely, it does worth it!

Pretty good fish & chips at a reasonable price.
If taking away, bring a paper bag to put it in which should keep it all crispy. They only have plastic bags here so depending on how long your walk is, it may get soggy.

They do the nicest chicken and chips in the whole of London, and even sell tea to wash it down - a drink so many chippies don't provide. The only disadvantage I see is they don't have their own toilets, but then I know that's not the fault of the staff, and you can use the nearby ones at Euston Station which are now free to use. Keep up the good work, Chris and team!

Absolutely disgusting that you think it is acceptable to re-fry Sundays chips and then serve them the following day.
Message to owner: You need to sort this place out. I won't be coming here again. And I'll be advising everyone else I know to do the same.

10 minutes walk from underground. This place doesn't have many tourist but locals. The fish and chips is awesome. Will come again if i ever visit London again.

Lovely fish and chips. Nice staff and quick service. A fish and chip portion with mushy peas will cost in the region of £10. So if you fancy a decent fish and chips get yourself down there.

Pretty decent fish and chips and great portion size. However, wrapping in just paper means it gets soggy fast. You guys also need to start accepting card payments. Before I came here for the first time (and I’ve lived around the corner for more than a year), I must have walked past dozens of times wanting to go in but never had cash on me.

Really yummy chips, which is surprisingly hard to come by these days! I haven't tried the fish yet but it was busy with eat-in customers when I visited and everyone seemed to be enjoying. Friendly service too :)

been going here for years always said best place for fish in london always fresh juicy and well cooked, would rate it up with a ll the top rated places ive been too..lisson grove etc if not better!
made only two complaints to them over the years, first one years ago was the fish was undercooked..it can happen i know they delt with it very well and done the order again next time i was in there, today however 18/04/19 the fish was all mushy and on my first bite it stank of fish..something that fish shouldnt!, couldnt eat it for obvious reasons and called them..they were not interested and coudnt give a toss basicaly, the gerkin i had was more a coctail size gerkin smallest ive ever had from a chip shop ever

another decent place gone to the dogs sadly!
