From the time I walked into the store to the first opportunity to relax on my new mattress, the experience at Verlo was amazing! Great shopping experience. I usually don't enjoy going to places that have salespeople, but Jeremy was great and knew when to give us space and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses.
My only complaint was the website did not have great detail on the mattresses and the pricing was different than in store.

Con-delivery, quoted for between 3 and 5 pm actually came an hour earlier causing stress on me. I needed to be present for delivery and I barely made.it.
Pro-delivery person's helped me put po the mattress protector.
