We’ve had a wonderful experience at little garden. The team cares a lot about supporting parents and they’ve very collaborative when it comes to any changes due to covid and also very understanding and helpful with our family’s needs. They have an app with daily updates and pictures, and our son seems very happy at the end of every day.

I can’t recommend Little Gardens enough. It’s such a warm, friendly space with a caring staff that truly loves their pupils. The garden has been wonderful, especially while playgrounds were closed. Staff communication with parents has been superb, especially with their app with daily activities logged. The on site chef and menu have been great. My LO probably eats better there than he does at home. We’ve been very happy with LG overall.

We have sent both of our children to this nursery and are very happy with the team and the service they provide. Both of our children love it there and were happy and well looked after. It has had it's ups and downs with management changes and sometimes high staff turn over but there has usually been clear communication about this and a willingness to involve parents. They have been very supportive throughout the covid19 as my husband and I are both key workers and sometimes remained open just to look after our daughter even though there were no other children attending. Their new app for daily reports and more detailed observations is great. Overall we really like the nursery. Thank you little garden!

I'm actually changing my initial review. I went through a very hard time earlier this year which meant enrolling my child in this nursery and then having to pull her out. Although their response was slow, they we very helpful in the end and aided me in being able to reinstate bits of our lives back. They were also very understanding to my situation and made an effort to remain sympathetic. Thank you.

Total Disgrace My wife and I would strongly discourage parents thinking about placing their baby in this place. From our experience, too many lacks in terms of health and body safety, especially for small babies. The nursery is clearly under dimensioned, which leads then to mix babies of all ages and raise risks of hurting themselves. Inexperienced practitioners, big turnover, dirtiness and lack of common sense when it comes to safety and health rules. Our little daughter caught 3 different types of viruses a week and a half after settling there. She then remained 5 days at the hospital with nose feeding and oxygen and recovered in one month. There was no way we would put her back there after that. Luckily, we found a much better nursery right away and could clearly understand the difference in terms of well being standards and professionalism. Despite staying there only 8 consecutive days, we were charged 2 full months, under their own claims that there was no proven relationship between her illness and their care, and following the terms of our contract, they could afford and choose not compensating us financially at all. This gave us the feeling that the real quality of care and safety is not revealed by Ofsted ratings, and parents had to think twice when choosing a good nursery. There is often more places than we may think, and I would say it is better adviced to trust a bigger dimensioned facility where the mistakes of some can be mitigated by the good practices followed in general by the others.

Seems they are making efforts to improve their service. A Mother recently has been complimentary in their recent care and push for better quality provided. My son still attends and is for the most part, a very content little boy. Also, my wife finally brought back a picture or two for our books!

The team is great, the premises very clean and there's good equipment for the children. Everything was fine until a fee increase of 33% in 11 months (!). I regret the lack of transparency of the management team and it unfortunately becomes a business relationship. At the end, it's fine for our son but it's a mitigated experience for us.

Not happy with the way they have treated a fellow Mother that I know. I recommended the nursery to her and because of an emergency, she is being totally mistreated. I'm thinking of withdrawing my son and communication is appalling at this nursery.
