I was always kept informed by the reception team (sorry I didn't catch any names), updates via text and email about the progress of my car repairs which made it a breeze to feel I was being looked after so well.

Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me...
Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day.
What I liked most (even though the car came back literally better than when I bought it) was how clear and hassle free the whole process was. I was kept informed at all stages and they even dropped the car off to the detailing company and dropped it back to me. Outstanding customer service and an exemplary job of the repairs and finishing. 5 stars, well done again Fleetline!

First of all this is a professional outfit, second to none I have used before. My car was taken here for a quote for some bumper damage. Upon arriving there Kiran was happy to help with the issue to the point that he managed to rectify the issue with no cost incurred me at all. It was all sorted in minutes with a good polish.
If I had gone elsewhere they probably would have taken my money for a full respray.
I would recommend Fleetline crash repairs to anyone as a brilliant body shop. I have seen the work they do on cars and it’s absolutely brilliant. Car comes out looking like it’s fresh out of the factory

Following a rather nasty accident and being left with an undriveable car I contacted Fleetline. I knew them by reputation already but this was my only serious accident in decades of motoring. From 1st phone call they took over. I gave them my insurance company and contact details for the recovery service who picked up my car. Bar a few phone calls to clarify things that was the extent of my involvement. They did the damage assessment, negotiated with the insurance company when they tried to right it of based on an unrealistic valuation, and finally got approval to repair. I was kept informed during the whole process. Kiran has been mentioned before and he was the one that did all the negotiation that enable my car to be repaired - he was brilliant. The rest of the team I came across were no less helpful and responsive in their own field. Finally, I collected the car, repaired, valeted and frankly looking better than new. A big thank you to everyone involved, Brilliant.

After my experience with Fleetline (and Kiran Punit), I now understand why they are a VW approved repair garage. I bought my car in for an estimate after a very bad experience with a different garage and Fleetline was outstanding. They conducted a thorough examination, provided a detailed estimate and talked through the different solutions available. Highly recommend is an understatement.

Not only was he brilliant at he’s job, he’s very professional and well mannered. He took my car and 1 week later it was all done. The work they did was incredible. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them.
They let me no what was going on at all times and kept me up to date with everything.
I can honestly say if you need your car fixed then Fleetline is the only place for you.

Following a recent incident with my car, there were a few scratches on my rear bumper. Once fleetline had seen the images, they asked me to bring the vehicle in when convenient. Rather than quote me for the work, they simply polished out most of the damage. Amazing customer service, very professional and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Very very bad experience as they are the approve garage trying to the full advantage out of it.
They advise to bring the car for estimate arrange recovery went their got really really disappointed by finding that out the guy was helpful but the manager was very very rude guy didn’t satisfy us they just want my car to take it inside and do the repair well I came down just to get estimates as the approved garage for my car they refused me by saying that they just want my car for repair they wasted my time and money because they wanted to make not help people by giving them fair advice. I’m was happy them the chargers to do the job but they want my car not to give me advice and help me out.
Not recommended at all I’ll let the authorities knows about it and also going to make a complaint official to Audi as they have authorities them.

My car was recently repaired by Fleetline following a minor accident. I cannot fault Fleetline for their excellent service and professionalism. The pickup/drop off service conducted by Freddie was friendly and informative of the works completed, he even made a point to call me each time before leaving the shop to ensure everything went smoothly. The customer service team were also amazing, they provided updates throughout the process and kept me well informed. The car looks brand new and the repair team fixed damage from the accident which i didn't initially notice as well which was greatly appreciated.

I needed my wing mirror repaired. I was put in touch with Justin, who looked after me throughout the service. Justin was able to order the parts needed and have them fitted very quickly - quicker than the manufacturer - which I was very impressed with as I felt uncomfortable driving without a wing mirror. The whole experience was very professional and I felt I could trust the advise I was given by Justin and the team. On both visits, parts of my wing mirror were fixed quickly, whilst I waited in the reception area, where the friendly ladies on reception ensured I had a drink and was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Fleetline to my friends and family and will point them in Justin's direction.

Recently had my Audi in for repairs and from start to finish had the best experience. Before my car was even in the shop Justin (who handled everything for me) was walking me through the process and telling me everything I needed to know. All the parts are Audi approved and Justin assured me that my car was in good hands, and that it was because I got my car back within the timeline that was set and the bodywork looked good as new. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have any repairs done or other bodywork done.

I found this gem of a place on Google looking for somewhere to take care of a knock/dent on the back corner of my car. Called first, very friendly and helpful. Went along and wow - any expectation I had was exceeded and then some. The place is clean, friendly, tidy, organised and impeccable customer service. The ladies on reception were welcoming and explained all I needed to know, a fruit pastille was even offered to my child to keep him happy too! I initially wanted just an estimate the gentleman who was to provide the estimate took one look and said I think we can take care of this easily enough give me a moment. Not even two minutes later the problem was solved. I don't know how he did it but I wasn't even charged a penny for it! Yes, it was free.
I would not hesitate to come back again (with every intention of actually paying of course!) or recommend this place to anyone.
Top customer service, genuinely pleasant people and good work - what more could you ask for.

What a fantastic service from start to finish!
Justin dealt with my issues so efficiently and did not make me feel ridiculous for the minor damage that occurred. I called Justin and within 24 hours I was at the dealership and immediately I was on the phone organising the collection of my car and my replacement vehicle. I cannot even begin to thank all those involved and in particular Justin because any collision is always overwhelming and time consuming but I did not feel that with Justin's help. Absolutely everything was unbelievable and efficient. I was kept up to date constantly and they did anything they could to assist. Tony the transport manager re-assured me that the vehicle will be repaired to manufacturers specifications of the highest standard.
