As a new Porsche owner I looked around for a great recommended garage to make sure my new addition was in perfect hands. I booked it in for its first service and can report that I was more than happy with the service provided from Parr. Glen in the servicing part of the business was always super quick in responding back to my progress update emails. Would recommend this garage if you’re looking for a great professional service and wanting peace of mind your car is in good hands

A huge thanks to Glen, Dan and all of the team at Parr who worked on my 79 SC. They fixed a persistent oil leak I've had for 5 years, reconditioned the gearbox, did a fantastic job at detailing the engine and fixed a myriad of other problems including electrical gremlins and the heating system. They've turned a solid runner into something that looks and runs like a dream. Parr will definitely be my only choice for future work on my car.

I’ve used Parr on a couple of occasions now and they have been first class on all fronts. Today they sorted out a persistent problem with the suspension and geometry on my 911.
I was so chuffed with the result (it felt like a different car) that I got straight on the phone to Glen and the team when I got home to thank them.
It certainly pays to use these guys when you’ve got a problem with your Porsche. Specific brand expertise certainly counts when it comes to your pride and joy.

As ever some great work by Parr on my 993. This work was programmed quoted for and carried out efficiently. The nature of the work caused other issues to be revealed, I was contacted promptly and made aware of the issues and costs. This firm understands the needs of their clients and is as passionate about these cars. Driving this car home I just couldn’t help but smile; the car was precise and responsive. You have my recommendation, keep up the good work.

I took my 924s to the team at Parr who gave her a thorough examination and took great care reviving the old girl and now she drives wonderfully. I was consulted at all times about what needed doing and the costs were transparent, even if I grumbled! I am delighted with the result and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I never leave ratings or reviews, but Parr completed an extensive mechanical restoration to my Porsche, which was completed to an exceptional standard. Glen was fantastic and exceptionally patience. Demonstrating unprecedented levels of customer service, especially as I have high standards, without ‘blowing smoke’ to quote a US idiom. I also want to highlight and also thank Indiya and Sam in the Parts Department.

My wife and I have owned 6 Porsches in 22 years (the last of which, a 997.2 Turbo S Cabriolet we bought through Parrs) and have had all of them serviced and maintained by them. The quality of the workmanship is always first class and far better value than Porsche themselves. Parrs are a very professional and friendly outfit. They really pulled out all the stops last summer when we had a number plate stolen when we were on a driving holiday in southern Portugal and they got a new one made and couriered to us in two days. Last year, we had a problem when we needed a spare part that was not available from Porsche. They managed to hunt one down after I thought we would have to wait for months for Porsche to re-start manufacture and they kept the car working in the meantime .
We recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been taking my 993 to Parr's for nearly 10 years and there is a reason for that. They are one of the most professional outfits I have come across. Whenever I get my car back I always get a wow factor from something they have fixed, something that has crept up on me, but they have spotted. I like the way I can talk to the mechanic who always shows not just expert technical knowledge, but a feel for my 25 year old car. I have no hesitation in recommending Parr to anyone.

I have been a classic Porsche owner for over 20 years, so I have had my fair share of Porsche Specialists repairs, but have never experienced the professionalism, the knowledge (from every member of the team) and their determination to meet extreme high standards of workmanship, notwithstanding their customer service that was a pleasurable experience in itself. PARR is truly the PORSCHE Specialist. I was recommend to PARR 3 months ago and they have since worked on 3 of my Porsches and the finished results have been amazing!! Highly recommend PARR.

Great Porsche place, knowledgeable, helpfull, you can have a good chat with the chief mechanic. While they are track focused, they also cater for classic Porsches. Not cheap ,(although cheaper than the official Porsche dealers) but reliable and recommended.

I had a problem with a soft top that wouldn't open. Porsche dealer had been unhelpful. Parr's responded quickly, effectively and for a fair price. I asked them to do a health check and they diagnosed a small number of issues which were again dealt with professionally and reasonably. They treated me as a valued customer and I will in future have all my Porsche work carried out by them

These guys are at the top of their game. I had the dreaded blocked drain holes on my Boxster (with associated water ingress) and I didnt even consider anyone else to look at it. The sheer quality and workmanship is 2nd to none. I trust Parr implicitly! Proud to have their service stamp in my service book - it just says "Quality".

Excellent team at Parr I can now see why I have over half a dozen service stamps in the service manual going back over the last three owners of my car, As the new owner of my Porsche 997 Parr wasn’t the first independent Porsche specialist I took my car to, That is a mistake I won’t be making again, the service I received from
Glen was professional polite friendly and welcoming; his knowledge of the product is excellent. I think it’s important to develop good working relationships with your chosen Porsche specialist this is easily done at Parr, as well as tailoring whatever work you need to be carried out on your Porsche for instance I use completely different oil in my engine and this was no trouble for Glenn to sort out for me. For a complete bespoke and tailored service, I wouldn’t look anywhere else but PARR…

I took my old Porsche 911 SC for a major service expecting a simple job.However not to be the case.
I received a call from Glen Hussey the service manager that on inspection one of the studs holding the cylinder head on had snapped and some of the other studs were corroded and was advised that they should be replaced.(A top end rebuild).
There were other issues with the car and agreed to have them all done.
To cut a long story short after about 2 months in the workshop I have the car back.
The car drives like a new car ,the engine so,smooth and far more responsive .
During the renovation I was kept up to date by Glen either by phone or email with jpg pics.
The whole team Paul ,Glen and the technician who rebuilt the car I thought was first class.
Ouch it hurt a bit paying the bill hurt a little
but worth it .
A first class Porsche specialist and I would certainly recommend them.

This is the first time I have used Parr to attend to my Porsche Cayman, which I had recently purchased before " Lockdown" many miles from where I live. I would like to thank Glen and the team for such excellent customer service and first class work carried out on my Cayman, the car is totally transformed, now it drive like only a PORSCHE can !!!!.
I would highly recommend Parr to any Porsche owner, they are now my first choice to maintain my Cayman. Well done to the team at Parr, 10/10.

They are the best Independent Porsche specialist we have used in London / South East, and I've tried a fair few of them. They are honest, efficient and professional, and they know their stuff. It is an expensive thing running a Porsche. But, in my experience, I believe Parr's try to be reasonable on costs. I have always found their customer service to be excellent.....very friendly, available, & keeping you informed.
Although Glen is a Tottenham supporter, he willingly drops & collects me (an Arsenal supporter !) to & from the local railway stations!! Says it all.

Excellent customer service and work carried out. I’ve been using Parr to service and help restore my 1999 996 C2 for over 18 months and have been really impressed from the outset with the consultative service provided by the team, especially Glen, and how they breakdown the urgency of work and explain it in layman’s terms. Purchased a 2011 Cayman S 4 months ago and spent time looking for a good independent - am not disappointed with Parr.
Customer service is attentive, responsive and no question is a dumb question.
Work is performed to a high standard and only what needs to be done is done even though everything needing future attention is identified and openly documented.
Car went in for a full service and everything was completed without issue plus price was accurately costed up front.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to find a garage for their Porsche without having to pay dealership prices.
