Paul has an unrivalled passion for customer/car care and at every step was checking and double checking the process of loading/unloading my pride and joy. Even though i called on a Saturday they were able to fit me in for a car recovery (my car failed to start - automatic) when i needed it to take it to my local mechanic. They called me when they were on their way and they also let me know when the car was delivered. Would use again - 5 stars.

Paul was so helpful with my breakdown issue. He spent quite some time on the phone discussing the matter before coming to my home. He offered to check out my vehicle prior to transporting it to the garage. He spent around 30 minutes trying to find the problem. Unfortunately it still wouldn’t start and took it to the garage. He charged a very reasonable fee for his time and effort. I appreciated all his help.

Very helpful recovery driver. We needed our non starting Citroen brought back from a garage that couldn't fix it, so had time to phone round all the local recovery options. We chose Autoshift who quoted a firm price which we couldn't beat elsewhere. Paul was very prompt and helpful getting the car onto a sloping drive off of a busy road. I would happily recommend them.

I can't rate Autoshift Recovery enough. They literally have gone above and beyond with help. They came to tow my car and couldn't get it started. And took my battery overnight to charge. And the next day had my car started and helped me with getting it to a garage. (My car couldn't be driven as clutch had gone)
They truly deserve the 5 stars for customer service. And the help they gave was fantastic. Thank you again! I will definitely be recommending to everyone.
